First thing I did after calling 911 was to call Ricky. My voice was trembling the whole time. I held onto my brother, tears rolling down my face. Chris couldn't die. He was my best friend and brother. I just wish it didn't took me that long to realize it. As the ambulance arrived, I felt the paramedics pry me off of Chris, who was still bleeding. We were rapidly shoved into the car, and begun driving to the Hospital. A small note fell out of his pocket. I quickly read over it. The note said which song I was supposed to sing on. It was a WHOLE song to sing; a cover of Devil's Night. I was surprised that Chris remembered I could scream. There was also some words printed on it that I couldn't read, which is odd since it wasn't Chris's. We arrived ten minutes later.

The waiting room. How I hated the waiting room. I was alone still. The doors swing open, in comes the rest of Motionless in White. Ricky immediately runs to me, hugging me so tight. "If I get my hands on those..." Brandon begins. Balz silences him as the Doctor walks in. His face is as grim as the Hospital its self. "Miss. Cerulli?" The Doctor asks. I walked up to him; my hand tightly around Ricky's hand.

"Chris is in a deadly state. He may not make it through the night. You may seem to say any farewells." The Doctor states. My heart drops. The room becomes silent. Not a single breath of air was breathed. Not a single movement of bones. Our blood froze over. I kept my mouth shut, as I followed the Doctor into Chris's room. The boys trailed along. When I entered, the room smelt of death. Had death already claimed him? No, Chris had his eyes slightly open. His breathing was rough and jagged. The scar on his neck was obvious and grotesque. I approached Chris.

"Chris." I whispered. Chris looks at me and laughs softly which turns into a bloody cough. "Hey there Riot." He says. I stared at him, memorizing his features. His eyes were just like mine. His nose too...in fact were could be twins. The boys said their byes. They didn't linger. Ricky stayed by me, until Chris told him to leave for a moment.

"Riot, I need you to make me a promise." Chris asks me. I nodded my head, gripping onto his hand. This is my brother and I love him. "I need you to do this. I need you to marry Ricky." Chris coughs. I stared in shock at my brother. My brother started coughing harder. I felt tears poke out of my eyes. "I promise you, Chris. But Ricky hasn't asked me." I stuttered.

"He will. Tell him I said to do it for me." Chris says. His voice is rough like crackled paper. His heart begins to slow down. I started shaking. This couldn't be the end. "Riot, you're a good sister. I love you..." Chris manages. His heart stops. The beeping starts up. Doctors rush in, pulling me away from my brother. I was shoved out into the hallway. Ricky runs over to me.

"Chris. Chris said 'to do it for me'." I choked out. My tears were running down my cheek. Ricky stares at me for a moment. He hesitates but drops down on one knee. Ricky pulls out a ring, opening the box. The ring is a black diamond. "Riot Motionless, will you me marry?" He asks.

"Yes." I managed to say. Ricky hugs me tight, and kisses me. The boys flipped out with joy, but our hearts were heavy as Hell. As in the beginning, we go sit in the waiting room. I did something then. I prayed. Yes; I, Riot Cerulli, prayed to someone whom I don't believe in. I prayed to have Chris back again, so he can watch me get married. I promised Chris. I will fulfill that fucking promise and Chris will be fucking alive to see it.
