Why are you different

BEEP BEEP BEEP!

"Ugh wwwwhhhhyyyyy?" I sighed.

It's only the second day of school, but it feels like it's been months!
I got up and looked in the mirror.
"I didn't look as bad as I did yesterday. Thank god!!" I said to myself.

I decided to work out this morning, and then take a shower. After that I did my makeup, I put on my uniform with another sweater cardigan over it.
I wasn't hungry so I skipped breakfast, again, and headed straight for school.
Today students were required to come early because of a school assembly. So we had 30 to 45 min of free time in our classes before class started.

Some girls came up to me again, and asked me all of the questions I didn't want to answer.
"Are you and Jae dating?" One girl practically screamed at me.

"How did you get him to like you?" Another girl asked with a desperate look in her eyes.

"Wait I thought you said everybody hated him." I said confused.

" No, he is scary, but he is the hottest guy in school!" One yelled.

Oh that would explain why his desk was filled with letters chocolate and stuff.
I answered all of the questions they had and thank god they left!

I was so exhausted because I had only slept for two hours last night!
So, I wen't to the bathroom to take a break form well...everything.
After I got back to my class room, I saw a bunch of girls around my desk. SI walked up to them to see what was going on.

"Can I help you?" I asked.

"Yes are you Eve?" One girl asked.

"Yes I am." I replied.

I had no idea why these girls were around my desk, but it looks like they had also been digging through it too!

"Umm we would really appreciate it if you would back off Jae." Said another girly with a snobby voice.

"And who are you to tell me what I can and can't do?" I asked annoyed.

" Oh my name is Jessie, I am known for being the most beautiful girl in school."she said while running her hand through her hair.

"Ooh sorry to break it to ya but there are over a hundred thousand girls more beautiful than you inside and out." I said.

After that sentence left my mouth, I felt a sharp pain shoot through my cheek.
This chick actually slapped me!
The room grew quiet, and just as I was about to say something I could feel the ground start to shake. Then there were a bunch of guys screaming.

"This can't be good" I said.

Next thing I know Jae freaking Park charges into our class room!

"Eve!" Jae yelled while running towards me.

"What the he-" I tried to say.

"No time I'll explain later!" He said and grabbed my wrist.

Jae pulled me out of the class room and ran like the safety of the world depended on it.
I looked behind and saw like 50 guys running after us.

"This way!!" Jae yelled.

I followed him until we reached a door that was locked . To avoid death by a stampede, I pulled Jae into a small corner where they would miss us.
We were so close, I could feel Jae's lips brush against my neck.
I waited and finally we lost them.

"What did you do this time?" I said calmly while I aggressively pushed Jae off of me.

"How about we skip class and I'll tell you on the roof." He said looking in my eyes.

"Okay, I already took the passing test so I don't need to be here." I said.

"Wait you what?" He asked shocked.

"Just open the door." I said annoyed.

Jae tried to open the door but it wouldn't move.

"Step aside dreamer boy." I said.

I fished out a bobby pin from my hair, and used it to unlock the door.

I opened the door and said. "Laddies first."

"Ha ha very funny." Jae said sarcastically.

I closed the doer behind me. I walked beside Jae and stood next to him.

"Here." He said handing me back my bobby pin.

"Thanks." I said.

"I wanna ask you something."  Jae said.

"Why are you different?" He asked.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Never mind, you're just the new dumb girl who thinks she's tough." He said.

Why is he so heart less, he doesn't know what made me this way.

"You have no idea what made this way and you don't want to know." I said in a calm voice.

"I don't expect you to be nice too me. But if you make my life hell I will do something about it." I said.

I got up and started to go back to class.

"Oh and this girl who thinks she is
tough, can beat your ass in a fight."

I was back in my class room and I started to think.

Why am I different? All the other girls are sweet, beautiful, and aren't afraid to show off their beauty. Me on the other hand, I'm not beautiful, and I hide all the time.

"Eve you are wanted in the principle's office." I heard over the intercom.

Great what happened now!
