Taehyung holds his hand up, stopping him. Namjoon had scrambled to try and hide the rose from him, behind his back. I know better than to try and hide it. I walk up to my newly-shy boyfriend, looping my hand through the crook of his elbow, taking the rose from him delicately, and standing on my tiptoes to kiss him on the cheek. It's quiet and peaceful. The sun is high and bright enough that it accentuates the prominent blush in Joonie-oppa's cheeks. The wind has slowed to a pleasant breeze, making my ponytail dance to the right and to the left behind me. I can feel him shaking, but he takes a deep breath to steel his nerves.
"V-ssi, (Y/N) confessed to me. And I told her that I felt the same way. She loves me, and I love her. I always have, since the moment I met her when she came to one of our concerts for the first time in 2014. I know she was 17 then, but I've waited so long to tell her how I felt. She brings out the best in me; she's my muse, my inspiration, my soulmate... I know it. I truly do love her, and.." Namjoon continues to proclaim his love for me, and I, embarrassed, hide my face in his chest, inhaling his familiar scent. I let it wash over me as his arms wrap around me, and I suddenly know that I am definitely, wholeheartedly in love with everything about this man.
Taehyung interrupts him, and I am both irritated and relieved.
"Hyung, your love life would normally be none of business. But this is my cousin. My little baby cousin, I'm used to protecting her. As long as you respect, protect, care for, and love her, you have my blessing to date her." He explains, breaking out into his signature box smile at the end. I leave Joonie-oppa's embrace, opening my arms to welcome him. Taehyung-oppa reaches out and hugs me first, then Namjoon. "But if you hurt her, I'll make you regret it, hyung."
Namjoon's eyes go even wider than before. He jumps behind my back and hugs me from behind. It's adorable, but I also know he's using me as a human shield.
"I also told him in the car, oppa." I giggle, turning halfway to face him and pecking him on the lips.
*Off to the side*
(Luna's Perspective:)
The phone continues to ring, and I see my boss' name flash across my screen. I never get used to it, and the thought of hearing his voice again makes me scared. Not just for me, but for (Y/N). Whenever he calls, he has something up his sleeve for her to do and it's normally something that she'll be completely on board with or fully against. So far in my time as (Y/N)'s manager, I haven't gotten a call like this, but I've dealt with this man before. I inhale deeply and quickly exhale before answering the phone. (Conversation below:)

"Hello, father."
"Hello, Luna. It's nice to know you actually could answer the phone before it went to voicemail. Don't keep me waiting next time."
"Yes, father."
"I told you to call me 'sir' so long as I am your boss."
"Yes, sir."
"Very well, then. I'm calling to inquire about her relationships. I trust there is still no development in her romantic life."
"Sir, I'm afraid that that would normally not be discussed without (Y/N)'s permission..."
"Answer me. Now. Is she still single? Men in our demographic love to lust after a lovely creature such as herself. One who remains untethered to any man. Now answer me, daughter, if you know what is good for you and her, is she single or not?"
"...She is no longer single, sir."
"WHAT? HOW COULD YOU LET ME DOWN LIKE THIS? HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?"
"She's recently confessed her feelings to BTS' Kim Namjoon, sir, and he accepted. The love is mutual, and she's happier than I've ever seen her, father, and..."
"You do not have the right to call me that while you are under my employment! Wait, did you say BTS?"
"Yes, sir..."
"I've got a new idea, better than the one I was initially calling for! Luna, maybe you're not a disappointment after all. I'll be summoning (Y/N) to the office after the show is over. You know where our seats are. Find me there to report further. We'll discuss this soon."
"Yes, sir."
"I'm only being hard on you for one reason, daughter. You'll own this company one day. You need to learn that you have to make decisions that will benefit the company. I know you want to try to make everyone happy, but in reality, that isn't going to happen. This business comes first. I'll explain it further at a later time, my daughter. Take care."
"Goodbye, sir."
