Carson was taken care of. Now I'm sitting on the couch with Hayden, Johnny and Caleb.
Caleb: so what even lead to the slap?
Annie: well when we were down here watching the game, I saw Carson texting some girl and they were calling each other baby and she was asking when they would have a repeat of last night. And when I went upstairs he said he wouldnt do it again and how he loved me. I said once a cheater always a cheater. I tried to leave he got mad and slapped me.
I felt Hayden tense up since we were sitting beside another. His arm was touching mine.
Hayden: that fucking asshole.
Annie: Hayden it's alright calm down.
He looked me in the eyes and I saw them calm down.
Caleb: if I catch him anywhere near you it isn't gonna be pretty I can promise you that.
I stayed silent and sighed.
A few days later:
Right now I'm at my locker when I feel someone looking at me. I turn around and see Carson at his locker looking over at me. I quickly turn around again. But then there was a tap on my shoulder.
I turn around again and there is Carson.
Annie: what do you want?
I snapped at him.
Carson: to apologize. im sorry for hurting you. Not just the slap but cheating on you. I promise I could do better if you give me another chance.
A voice from behind him began speaking.
Hayden: yeah she's gonna pass.
Carson turned around and Hayden came into view.
Carson: I think you should stay out of this.
Hayden: she's done with you Carson. Walk away.
Carson scoffed and did what Hayden said.
