So many questions, never a reason why
Often I've wondered what lies beyond those clouds in the sky
Are there streets of gold?
A thousand virgins to behold?
One day soon, for myself, I will see
But for now I will just let the mysteryOften I have contemplated things unknown
Suddenly forgetting that this is the life I own
So easily caught up in the end of life
Before you know it, you've fought your final fight
But before I wave my white flag or see that bright light
I will take a knee
And let the mystery beI know they say everything has a reason
And that everything has its season
So there is a time to ponder
But also a time to wander
So it may be a time for you to seek
Which may make it hard for you to agree
But right now it is time for me to let the mystery be-Dawn 7/19/2018
