As the alarm clock began to ring I rise out of bed stretching horrendously I could hear Melanie's voice in the kitchen singing softly. She must cooking I thought because the scent of blueberry pancakes and scrambled eggs what she usually cooks every morning when I wake up. I walk out my room down the hallway to the kitchen. Good morning mel I said rubbing my eyes . Good morning Ariana how are you? She replied smiling with a skillet in one hand and a spatula in the other . I'm fine I replied still withdrawn from my slumber. So what you cooking up I said."Oh the usually blueberry pancakes and scrambled eggs" she said focused on cooking breakfast. Wheres violet? I asked picking with my nails. "Shes still in bed" melanie replied looking as if she didn't want to talk about violet at all. "You know how she oversleeps after a long night hanging out with her so called friends" melanie said sarcastically trying not to let anger get the best of her. I'll go wake he up I said hoping out of the kitchen chair. As I made my way down the hallway I noticed a trail of footprints like someone else was in the house . I followed them which to me straight to violets room. The room had a crack in it as I opened the door slowly with my left had I felt a very slight chill going up my spine. Omg violet what the fuck ?! Dont scare me like that! I said terrified. She stood there staring at me then opened her mouth, but as she began opened her mouth a spider crawled out . I scream with terror running down the hallway towards mel . Mel! I screamed in terror. WHATS WORNG ARI?! WHATS GOING ON?! Mel said frightened and intense with fear . Its violet I saw footprints on the floor so I followed them which led to her room her door was cracked a little so when I opened the door she she was just standing there then opened her mouth and a spider crawled out!!!!! I said Shouting my words drastically. "Omg! what is wrong with her she thinks pranking people is ok when it's not". It is fun a voice said a meter away . I turned around, it was violet wearing shorts and her favorite black tshirt holding the spider in her left hand letting it crawl on her arm. "Violet what in God's name did you get that spider?!" Mel said angrily and furious. My boyfriend Barry got it for me yesterday when are you guys gonna start buying me shit that I like that's more dark and dangerous."Hey! Watch your tone!" melanie said. Who are you my mother?! oh that's right you're not my mother! My mother is six feet under the dirt in a casket ! Violet said angrily. Yall calm down I said dramatically. Shut up, ariana your such a bitch I hate you all ?! Violet said uncontrollably running down the hallway slamming her bedroom door echoing the quiet house. "Shes gotta go melanie" said looking down at the table."What do you mean?" I said in confusion. "We gotta get her back to therapy because if she doesn't get the help she needs then she might do what I'm afraid of" melanie said looking worried and thinking about the situation. Why ? "She just has to cope with her mother's death like I had to with my grandpas, it was the worst thing I've ever had to go through I still go to my therapist at times because I constantly can't stop thinking about him" I said to mel bearing the inner thoughts of my grandpa inside my mind. I'll just talk to her ok?,you stay here and cool down I said to mel rubbing her shoulder. Then I made my way down the hallway to violets room the door was all scratched up from where violet had written the word "Ａｌｏｎｅ" on the bedroom door several times I closed my eyes and beganed yo take a deep breath knocking on the door slowly .
