You were framed by Talon for an assassination ,you did not know why though . As a result you were imprisoned by Overwatch. You didnt fight it because the evidence against you was solid. You could easily break out because of the power you held over electricity and water. But you'd probably get killed. However a change in the days events would change your life.

Imagine the handle is black. As to why its the Master Sword that will be explained in the story. It'll be lightweight for your fighting style.

Control water (can be frozen)
You can make small daggers from your electricity
Tidal Wave ( exactly what it sounds like )
Electric burst ( a huge explosion of electricity from your body)
Lightning storm ( summon a lightning bolt from the sky fucking shit up)
Mine Feild ( You stab your sword into the ground and pass lightning through its surroundings turning the feild into a mine feild.
Dragon mode (you become more dragonlike with insane speed and strenght and able to control both elements at the same time. Features your eyes glow white and you grow fangs you also move on all fours )
Master of hand to hand Combat
Heightened sense of smell and sight.
Dont worry about the fact that your lightning abilities outmatch your water by alot, that two will be explained in the story.
