It was late and your flight was about to land in London. You closed your eyes for a second, not realizing what would happen next. Your heart started to pound really fast. You left the plane, grabbed your bags and walked out, immediately driving off with a taxi. You checked your phone, smiling brightly.
"Hi, babe! I can't wait to finally see you again. Unbelievable I'm finally going to hold you in my arms again. :) I'm gonna pick you up tomorrow when you arrive. Love you!! Louis xx"
You smirked to yourself. Louis didn't know you took an earlier flight. He didn't know you were already back in London.
After a while you get out, paying the driver, and taking your stuff with you. You know Louis had rehearsal with the boys right now. Every Saturday around 9 he was singing his lungs out. He once even skyped you, letting you watch. You got a weird feeling in your stomach at the thought of it. You let your bags in the hallway, carefully opening the door to the district-hallway. The sound of music got louder and louder and you could already hear Harry's voice. By now your heart was beating crazily. You opened the door, hearing Zayn.
"This is a private rec-", he turned around and cut his own sentence off. "Hi.", you smiled happily, waving once. Louis' face turned slightly red, a big smiel on his face appeared. "Y/N... I-I thought you'd be coming home tomorrow...", he stuttered, walking towards you. "I had nothing to do and.. I missed you. So I took a flight earlier.", you smiled shyly. Louis smiled back at you, stroking a strand of hair behind your ear. "It's good to be back.", you whispered softly. "It's good to have you here again... without you I'm just half a heart.", he smiled and gently cupped your cheeks, pressing a soft kiss on your lips. You hummed against his lips, placing your hand on his. "I think I'm gonna skip rehearsal now..", he said, stroking your cheek.
You both went to Louis' apartment, he scooped you up and twirled you around, telling you how much he loves you ever so often. You both fell asleep in each other's arms, enjoying one another's warmth. He held you closely, not letting go. Because with you, he feels complete.
Without you, he's just half a heart.
