"What, how did you know this? Did you guys know about the fifth dragon?" Yona shockingly asked Ik-Soo and the four dragons. The four dragons shook their head. They were as shocked as she was.
"I was talking with the Gods and they told me that there was a fifth dragon existing. At first, I didn't want to believe them and thought it was some misunderstanding or they were just fooling around with me but by the tone of their voices. They were being serious. Apparently, the fifth dragon is a black one and the current holder of the black dragon blood is a female. They said that her ancestors has hidden in the shadows, dark and behind the scenes from some of the fights for a very long time. Currently, she's in trouble. Someone's found and captured her. And now, she's held captive." Ik-Soo explained.
"Then, Keija and the others can sense and rescue her." Yona stated. But Ik-Soo shook his head.
"However, her dragon scent is non-existent since the black dragon has granted a spell in the drop of blood that he gave to the human, so that the person can't be identified whilst living on earth."Ik-Soon said softly.
"Is there a reason why the black dragon doesn't want us to know of this person's existence?" Keija asked.
"Apparently, it's because the black dragon has been falsely accused by another dragon and as its punishment, he was banished by King Hiryuu. The black dragon never returned and spoke to the other four dragons about his disappearance neither did King Hiryuu. Though, the black dragon truly cared about them. So, he didn't get involved until he overheard that King Hiryuu was getting close to his death. So, he gave his blood to a human and told him to protect the people that are in danger, especially King Hiryuu but the black dragon gave him one condition, which is to remain in the dark and hidden, in order to keep a low-profile of his existence. So, the black dragon put a spell on that person, taking away all the senses that can be detected by the other four dragons and King Hiryuu." Ik-Soo added.
"I see." Jae-ha said caressing his chin. Ik-Soo nodded.
"The gods told me that we have to rescue her no matter what the circumstances are. They also mentionedthat the generation of the black dragon has been through enough. But I'm not really sure what to do at this point since we don't have any leads." Ik-Soo shrugged.
"Then, I say we try to find and rescue her. We need to, even if she is in great danger and especially if we can't sense her." Yona said slamming her fist on the ground.
"But we don't even know where to start." Hak responded, placing his hand on his chin. Everyone's facial expression gradually became sorrowful.
"It's ok guys. We can find her, even without being able to sense her."
"Also along the way, we can and will be able to carry on with our mission." Zeno cheered trying to break the glum atmosphere. Everyone looked at Zeno and smiled at how in an instant he can cheer up everyone.
"Well then, it's decided, let's all set foot tomorrow." Kija said standing up. Everyone nodded and started preparing for tomorrows journey to rescue the save the black dragon.
"Yona." Ik-Soo grabbed her wrist.
"What's wrong, Ik-Soo?" Yona asked as she turned around to look at a worried Ik-Soo
"Yona, make sure you ask her to join your ally. Don't ever leave her side. Don't leave her lonely and be careful when you rescue her. I fear something intense might happen between the two of you." Ik-Soo said firmly. Yona smiled and reassured Ik-Soo that she'll be careful and to not worry too much as she always has Hak, Yoon and the four dragons by her side. She gave Ik-Soo a hug before going to join the others in preparing for their journey.
I really hope that the last thing the Gods said doesn't come true. Ik-Soo thought and quickly prayed before going inside the hut and taking a nap.
