Hokkyoku Omizu

2. Hokkyoku's second dream is to be able to get rid of her enemies and Kurama's Jinchuriki.

Achievements: Hokkyoku has achieved a 1,000,000 Ryo Bounty from Konoha Alive and has defeated all of the Akatsuki effectively becoming their ally as long as she gets to destroy Kurama's Container. She has achieved strength worthy to a tailed beast known as Matatabi (The Two-Tails) and can easily defeat the Ichibi (Shukaku). Also accomplishing the rare goal of killing Matatabi's, Gyuki's and Saiken's Containers earning their thanks and eventually getting them sealed within her..

Tailed Beast Information: Ninke is the 13-Tailed Arctic Beast known as the Eternal Winter. She consists of 85% of Chakra while the other 15% is Ice and Snow. Thus giving her the alias 'Founder of the Yuki Clan' a clan that uses Ice Release as a Kekkai Genkai. Plus with her having Ice and Snow Release she has the brute strength of 7 Kuramas, and the difficulty of sealing is at a whooping 3 times harder than Kurama.

Trust with Ninke: Hokkyuko has a 100% Trustworthy Friendship with Ninke, she will also allow Ninke to take over her body when she sleeps so Ninke has freedom. Infact she is now working on a Seal that will release the Tailed Beast whenever they want to, she has called it 'Jiyuu' (Translation = Freedom Fight)

Appearance: Hokkyuko has pure white hair that frames her face. Her amber eyes stand out against her pale skin and white hair, she has slightly chubby cheeks and a fang that hangs over her pale pink lips. Normally wearing a black top that transforms into a mini-cape near the back with bright blue checkered patterns, tight black shorts that have a single golden button and black zip and a mini-cardigan that rests on her shoulders with a button that attaches both sides, it also has a blue checkered pattern. Her black-tipped white ears lay on top of her hair twitching every now and then along with her black-tipped white bushy tail that has a unerving similarity to an Arctic Foxes tail. Tied around her left ear is a black ribbon with two red beads at the end, moving towards the legs you can normally see high black socks that reach her mid-thighs with a blue four piece square. She wears brown combat boots that seem to add a unique style to her outfit and finally her sheathed katana she has named 'Yuki' due to its elemental control over ice. Its sheath is black with a slight pattern of blue checks, moving onto the only visible part of the katana is its handle that seems to be decorated with gold designs as it is normally a plain grey with a shiny blue diamond design resting at the end of the handle.

Reasons of hatred: 

Uchiha

Hokkyuko despises the Uchiha clan due to its Kekkai Genkai, the Sharingan. Giving the Uchiha's power to control Ninke and herself, this resulted in a fight between the Uchiha and Hokkyuko. (IMPORTANT: Instead of the Uchiha Massacre it ends up being Hokkyuko killing them) Eventually, Hokkyuko destroyed the Uchiha clan only allow three to survive due to Chakra Loss.

Haruno

The Haruno's are a civillian clan with amazing chakra control, due to this they believed they could control Ninke. However they ended up being on the recieving end, driving them out of (Insert Village Name) and to Konoha instead.

Aburame

The Aburame clan hasn't exactly done anything other than annoy Hokkyuko with their bugs in attempt to steal Ninke's Chakra and have it as their own. Basically trying to make her a Blood Bag but with Chakra.

Uzumaki

Hokkyuko belongs to the Omizu clan (Om-i-su) but the Uzumaki clan unfortunately killed most off them off due to them being superior to the Uzumaki. It just happens that Kushina Uzumaki was leading this event.
