Little did I know that it was going to be a long night.
I packed my things, which really wasn't a lot. Just my old black sweatshirt and jeans that I wear everyday. I grabbed my phone and put away Waffles, bidding him a goodbye. I grabbed my keys and texted Thomas,
[ I'll be there soon ]
I put in my headphones and put on some music. I guess as you would call it indie music. I walked through this ratchet neighborhood by myself. I've just learned that I always have to have my guard up, no matter where I may be. I glanced around and saw nobody, so, I just kept walking tp the docks. Reason I was walking... well... I don't have a car. Like I said I don't have a lot of money and I also have a fear of driving. Sure, I'm a waiter to a nice restaurant but that doesn't pay too well, especially if you're antisocial to the customers. I made my way out of the neighborhood, my music on low so I could hear, until I was out and I could turn it up. I eventually made it to the docks. I knew from the smell of it. Odd huh? I saw all the ships and boats swaying in the water. I walked down and glanced around, trying to find him. That's when I saw the tall fluffy mess waving me over,
"Hey!! Took you long enough." He joked with a lighthearted laugh. He walked up to me and gave me a big bear hug. His hugs always gave me comfort. I melted into it, but sadly, all good things must come to an end. We pulled away from each other and just to see that smile again gave me memories and happiness,
"Yeah, I have no car, remember?" I tapped my temple and arched my brow as to say 'remember'. Thomas slapped his head,
"Duh. Man I'm a horrible BFF. It's nice to see you, now lets go on my yacht." It was as if he was showing off, and he was. But would Thomas admit that? No. I roll my eyes and follow the 6'4 man into his yacht. I was amazed to be frank. Though would I admit that? No. He bragged on and on, while I just nodded and observed my surroundings. It looked... lived in. There was a bed that was messy, beer and wine bottles spread out throughout the yacht, a fridge, hell, even a full kitchen. It looked like it'd all be used for months at the least. I look over at him. I know something happened, but I wasn't going to confront him yet. He took me over to a table on the dock that would fit at least four people. Maybe six if you really squeezed together. I sat down across from him. God damn him and that smug smirk. I was completely thrown off guard when he hit me with,
     "So I found your Grindr."

I'm sorry I've been so inactive! My computer broke but thankfully I got an IPad Pro to replace it. I'm sorry if this chapter is short or whatnot but I wanted to get something out. Thanks for your understanding.
