Johnny's POV

Melissa places a medium filled bowl of oat meal in front of me.
"Eat up Kenz" she says cleaning up the kitchen.
I nod and slowly put the oatmeal in my mouth.
"Hey mom what are we doing today" I ask.
"You and Maddie are going shopping, remember?" She reply's.
"Ohhh of course sorry" I say.

I stare at the large closet.
What do girls wear.
I decide on blue ripped jeans and a black band tee. I place on some adidas all stars and then ask Maddie to do my hair because, I don't know how too.
She places it in a bun.

We arrive at the mall and go to chipotle for lunch. Unfortunately for me Maddie is asking a lot of personal questions
"So Kenz, whats the haps with you and Hayden ?"
Is this what girls talk about ?!
"Um, yeah we are okay, he asked me out" I tell her remembering the text from this morning.
Her fave lights up, "how exciting Kenzie".
Maddie is perfect. For Jack.
"What about you Mads, boys?" I ask, grilling her.
"Kenz! You know I have Jacob" she says laughing.
Her face then turns serious.
"But he has been ignoring lately and likely Millie's pics and not liking mine"
I nod my head.
"I know someone called Jack he would be perfect for you" I couldn't stop myself it just came out.
She looks at me.
"Okay, whats his insta so that I can stalk him"

Guys this chapter is really bad because I am having such a bad day, my dog is getting put down tomorrow and I can't stop crying. I might have a break for a bit I'm not sure yet. 😭😭
