Skygazer The Fire That Burns Inside

It's another morning in my little village in the woods. I go to the kitchen to get some breakfast and as I'm eating I notice it's is weirdly quiet in this usualy noisy village. I don't think anything of it because maybe everyone is sleeping late. After I finish eating I go to my closest and put
on some jean shorts and a black and white striped crop top and a jean jacket. After I finish putting on my clothes I go to my bathroom and but my hair in a messy bun then look at myself in the mirror and see my grandma behind me. My grandma is the one that raises me since my parents died when I was only one year old. I see her as a mom since she has raised me since I was little. She puts her hand on my shoulder and says "look how much you have grown you're already 16 it's like yesterday you were 5 and running around and playing with Barbies." I turn around and give my grandma a hug. "Grandma, is it ok if I go out in the woods today. I promise I'll be back by sundown." I ask my grandma. It's kinda weird that I'm 16 and still asking my grandma if I can go outside but she is really over protective of me. " sure you can only if you're back by sundown." " thank you grandma." I go to my room and grab my tiny backpack and go to the kitchen and grab an apple and put it in the bag and head out into the woods.

About an hour later I get to a lake. The lake I usually go to for some peace and quite. I look around and see the grass over there seems frozen and that tree. But it's summer why is it frozen. A second later I hear a twig brake behind me I turn around and there's nothing there. I start to think, maybe it was just an animal behind me just in case I go to the other side of the woods and sit down. I lose track of time listening to the birds and just the nature out here I see its already been two hours I see I have five more hours to hangout out here. I decided maybe I can try out my powers out here because I have had the time to use them lately. I get to a semi big patch of grass and think of a fox five seconds later I turn into a fox. It took longer this time to turn I probably need to use my power more. As I lay in the sun as a fox I hear a voice in the back of my head. It says to go home to go home right now. It kinda sounds like my grandma so I decided to listen.

It takes me an hour to get to my village and it's not there but one thing is there. Skygazer. The one that cursed me with this power and killed my parents. He is just standing there. I have to decide what to do fast because it's already about 7pm so I decided to run back to the lake.
