It was the day when Seulgi wanted to meet you.
"Unnie ! I'm gonna go now.Y/N must be waiting for me for a very long time," Seulgi hurriedly took her car key and went out from the house.
"Unnie, where is Seulgi going?" Wendy asked as she saw Seulgi walking out from the house.
"She's going to meet Y/N," Irene said while still looking at Seulgi who now went inside the car.
"But it has been 4 years since Y/N-" Wendy didn't finished her words when Irene cut her off.
"Let her be Seungwan.Besides, today might be the last day Seulgi look at Y/N face," Irene sighed and walked away going to the living room.

Seulgi arrived at hospital and quickly walked to your room.She knocked on the door and looked at you happily.
"Y/N ! I am here now. I miss you babe,"Seulgi quickly walked to your side and kissed your forehead.
However, you didn't move and didn't show her any reaction to her as you were in a coma.You got into an accident which damaged your head and now you were in coma for 4 years.
But, Seulgi didn't lose hope.She still hoping that you will wake up one day.Unfortunately, the day never come.
As Seulgi was talking to you about her day, suddenly the doctor who in charged of taking care of Y/N went in inside the room.
"Ms. Seulgi, we need to talk to you,"the doctor said softly and Seulgi nodded.
"I'll be back for you,"Seulgi whispered to you and walked out from the room.What she didn't expected that all of Y/N family was waiting outside the room, and also Seulgi's sister.
"Since everybody is here now.I will tell you about Y/N's condition," The doctor said and took a deep breathe.
"Y/N, they are brain dead.We discovered that they might not have the chance to wake up anymore," The doctor said.Everyone gasped after heard the situation about you.
"Therefore,We need to remove the medical ventilator from them," The doctor said.
"But...they will die," Seulgi widened her eyes as she heard what the doctor said.
"Sadly, yes.That's the only way that we can do now.We just need the family agreement and sign this,so we can do the procedure,"The doctor said with a sad voice and walked away.
"No," Seulgi felt her legs became weak and quickly Y/N's mom hold her.
"My dear, I think we have to do this.Look at Y/N, they are suffering there.They are in pain.We need to do this.I can't bear watching them in pain," Your mom cried as she hugged Seulgi in her arms.
Seulgi looked at you.Then, she nodded weakly as she agreed to do that and cried softly with Y/N's mom.

The day has come.The day where the medical ventilator would be remove from you.Everyone bid goodbye to Y/N and stay behind as they wanted to give Seulgi and Y/N a moment.
Seulgi wiped her tears and went closer to you.
"Y/N,Thank you for being here for me when no one else was eventhough now you going to leave me now too.You did a good job enduring the pain babe. Now you are not going to suffer anymore.I trust God, He is a good banker and that's why He never failed me.Why should I be anxious that you not with me when you in a good hand.I love you,and forever will," Seulgi said for the last time and kissed your forehead slowly and for a very long time as tears was falling to her cheeks.
She walked back to Y/N's family and Seulgi's sister.Y/N's father nodded her head and the doctor turned off the switch.You were struggling to breathe after the doctor turned off the switch.
