Your point of view
I ran through the halls of my old house running away from them! I turned the corner just to find that I was at a dead end. They came around the corner, baring the sharp blades in their hands. I tried to scream but nothing came out. I wanted someone to save me from my nightmare. I wanted someone to hold me close and tell me it was okay, but it never came. All that came was the sharp stabbing pain in my sides. They repetitively stabbed my stomach, my chest and my legs, I felt the blood trickling down my legs and pooling around me as I fell to the ground. I cried silently as I slowly felt my eyes closing and my heart stopping. Then I felt someone shaking me to wake me up.

"Y/n."
...
...
"Y/n!!"
...
...
"You're okay! Wake up!!"

I shot up and gasped for air as I sat clutching my chest. I looked around and saw Tom holding my shoulders with his eyes wide and hair messy, and it was quite cute.
"Are you okay? You were screaming and crying." He said worriedly.
"I-I'm fine, just another nightmare." I explained, wiping the sweat from my forehead.
"Another nightmare?? Do they happen often?" He asked.
"Yeah, its usually the same though. I've haven't had a good night sleep in a long time." I said with a weak chuckle. "Wait what time is it?"
"Its three in the morning. Are you gonna be able to get back to sleep?" He asked.
"I don't know, I'm still a little shaken up." I said laying back onto my pillow. "I'm sorry I woke you, you should go back to sleep."
"I'll stay up with you, to make sure you're okay." He said laying next to me. He opened his arms like he was asking me if I wanted a hug, which I gladly accepted.
With Tom I felt safe, like he was going to protect me. I was so lost in thought that I eventually started falling asleep, letting my eyelids close and falling into a deep slumber.

Toms point of view
I was so worried about her when she kept screaming and crying. I had to wake her up. She was in a small state of  shock but it soon calmed down, and settled back into the bed. She was laying there telling me that she might not even be able to go back to sleep. So I opened my arms, offering a hug (not something I would usually do). She gladly accepted and soon fell asleep. I smile knowing that she was now okay. I wanted to keep her safe, because she means a lot to me. I don't think I can explain the feelings I am currently experiencing, but when ever I'm with Y/n, my chest starts to hurt and I get butterflies in my stomach.
I'll ask Edd about it tomorrow, he should know about this stuff.
I listened to Y/n's breathing as I fell asleep.
