Never Let You Go

*Tori's POV*

I opened the door to my ex-boyfriend, Jake.

"Jake?!? What are you doing here?!"

"I came to tell you that I miss you like crazy! Amor, I can't stop thinking about you every night and day!"

"Oh, so now you miss me right!?? How about those times you would BEAT me?!? Or the time you cheated on me with, with that little bitch, Macayla?!? Did you really miss me, or do you just want someone to brag about so it doesn't seem like your single?!?"

"Babe that was the past! I've changed! For real!! I really do love-"

"JUST SHUT UP AND GET OUT OF HERE! I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOUR FACE AGAIN!"

I closed the door on his face and slid down the floor crying. I can't believe he would do this to me. especially with all the bullshit he has done to me in the past. He always beat me or curse me out. and me being a pendeja, I would stick with him no matter what. I thought that if I weren't single, it would prevent from me getting hurt by other guys. But sticking with Jake just made it worst. I know what your thinking.... Who the hell is Macayla?!? Well, she was my best friend in high school until the beginning of college. When I found her making out with Jake, my heart broke into little, shattered pieces. I really thought that she cared about me or never hurt me. Always think twice about the friends you're gonna make! While I was just crying there, I got a text from Royce at the moment:

Babe<3:

Hey mi amor! I know its early but, do you think i can see you know and we can hang? I just took the day off!

Me:

Please come! You are not gonna believe what happened!! :'( Please come I really need to be in your arms!!

Babe:

WHAT HAPPENED!?!? I'LL BE THERE IN 3 MINUTES!!!

Next thing you know, 3 mins later the doorbell rang. I stood up and opened the door to Geoffrey..

"Babe! What happened!?! Are you okay did anyone hurt you!?! I swear of someone put at least a fingernail on you..."

"Nobody touched me Royce! It's just that-that, my ex came back saying that he missed me a lot and that he wanted me back! I don't know what's his problem!! He was such a jerk!!"

Royce embraced me into a big, tight hug while I cried into his neck.

"I just can't take this anymore!! I don't wanna be here anymore..."

*Royce's POV*

Did she just say what I think she just said?! She wants to die!? I can't believe how badly this jerk affected her! I can let think this after I just got her..

"Mi amor don't think like that! Don't ever say that again, either! If you leave, I don't know how I'll ever live in this world alone. I don't even know how I lived before you came into my life. I need you babe, please... Don't ever say that shit again!"

She was sobbing into my chest and I finished realizing that I cried a bit too while I spoke. She took a deep breath, and looked up.

"I'm sorry. It's just that, I don't know what to do now and I'm really worried on what's gonna happen next. Before Jake left, he yelled from outside the door 'I'll come back for you! I won't quit!' what if he-"

Before she could continue, I kisses her soft lips. I hated to see her in such pain. A beautiful girl like her should never feel this way. We both parted from the kiss at the same time and I looked deep into her eyes.

"I'll be here no matter what happens. No one is going to ever hurt whenever I'm around. I'll protect you throughout everything. Te prometo. I love you too much to ever, EVER see you in such pain."

"Thank you Geoffrey. I love you too."

I kissed her again and this time this kiss had more passion with it. I knew that this guy would come back for her. And I knew I had to be the lucky guy to have her in my life. In that case, I had to protect her in every way. I had to be her protector.
