As I glance out of the window , I can see new york getting smaller and smaller . Beside me Lizzie has her headphones on as she is shaking her head from side to side . We are sitting in buisness class but sometimes I wonder how can Lizzie afford it and she does not even lets me pay for my ticket. I am reading a magazine and drinking some classy champagne . Then I peek a glance at my phone , no new messages and even before I know it I am drifting off to sleep . I wake up at the sound of the air hostess telling us that we are about to land . Lizzie starts gathering her stuff and I shove my phone, some magazines and my headphones in my duffel bag .
As we gather or luggage and head out of the airport , Lizzie started talking about Jake AGAIN . " you know you should find some other guy , there are a ton of hot guys here " I say .
" You know you are right maybe I'll meet someone hot and cute . Maybe we'll have sex right on the spot and we'll get married the next day . We'll be happy ever after ' who knows ' she squeals , sarcastically smiling .
After hailing a cab we reach our hotel. We are staying at the BUENO BEACH HOTEL . It is very near to St Monica Peir which I am eagerly waiting to visit . As we step into the hotel's lobby , I can see why the prices are so high . Everyone is dressed like they are going to some hollywood party . I glance down at my outfit , a fitted pair of jeans and my favourite net top over my new , sexy black victoria secret's bralette which btw lizzie forced me to buy for 75 bucks . REALLY 75 bucks flushed down the drain . Lizzie says it highlights my ' features' . A year ago when I finished my high school , I neither had a slim body nor I was fat but still plumpy . a year I worked my ass off and now I guess look ok . I have a slim waist , flat hips and more curvy upper body , which lizzie is completely jealous of it . But I envy her curves .
As we step into our room, I stare with my open jaw . All the walls are covered with pastel colors , a flat screen tv and a queen size bed . At my first instinct , I check the mini refrigerator filled with beers , chocolates , pringles and other mouth watering , midnight snacks . Then I headwhich has an enormous shower , " I want to shower here with someone " Lizzie giggles .
After taking a bath , we both head downstairs for dinner . As we enter the restaurant , the waitess gives us a table of two seperates us from the others by a semi partitioned wall .i glance at the menu , skipping salads and soups , I order a glass of red wine with scallots while lizzie orders a gin and tonic with a chicken pizza .
" I'll not FUCKING listen to your shit anymore" comes a dark brooding voice . It is so loud that I almost jump out of my seat . this voice is coming from behind the partition , although i cannot see the person clearly but i catch a boy standing akwardly as everbody is gazing him and a blonde girl sitting across him .
" Not now adam . we can talk elswhere, no need to make a scene " says the blondie with a threatening voice . with that the boy - adam storms out of the room not before i catch his eye - a beautiful shade of blue but he does not holds my gaze for long and he is gone .
That night while lying down on the bet , I think about those blue eyes and I can't help but notice something famaliar about him . something distant but vaguely familiar and then before I know , I have fallen asleep . I dream about the eyes of -
