Chapter Four:The One

Melody's Pov

"What are you doing with my daughter" My Dad Growled.

"Dad it's ok he is my-"I was cut off by Jayden.

"Mate" He said in his alpha voice daring my Father to say something else. He nodded and someone screamed we all turned to Lyla, my Mom, Rose, and Eva. Who were squealing with excitement.

"OMG YOU FOUND YOUR MATE YOUR SO LUCKY!" screamed my sisters and Lyla. I giggled and ran over to them and we all walked back to the house to eat dinner. At dinner I sat next to Jayden and he squeezed my hand under the table and looked at me telling me to tell them our plan we had mind linked about when we were walking back to the house.I cleared my throat and stood up, getting everyone's attention.

"We have thought of a plan" I motioned to Jayden and he turned to everybody to let me continue. "I will be moving into the pack house the day after the Homecoming". There was silence and then someone started crying and we all looked at my mom. "Mom why are you crying"

"Because your all grown up now"she sniffled. I walked over to her and hugged her.

"It's ok ma'am I'll take good care of her"Jayden said.

"If you don't I'll make you pay Alpha or not"she said daring anyone to object. I looked over to see Jayden trying to control his wolf since he was an Alpha it was harder for him to control his wolf. Tiny specks of black seeping into his hazel eyes. I walked back over to where I was sitting and we finished up dinner and we walked the Alpha Daniel and Jayden to their car. While they were talking to Alpha Daniel I was talking to jayden about painting our room teal. He looked at me like I was crazy and said 'no' I gave him puppy eyes.

"Please Please Please"I said holding my hands together. Finally he gave in. "Whoo Hoo Yeah" I said jumping like a 5 year old who got a lot of candy. Alpha Daniel got in the car and waited for Jayden. He gave me a small kiss on the cheek and got in the car. After we walked back in the house everyone went to sleep.

Evangeline's Pov

I woke up remembering the pack BBQ was today and hopped in the shower after I got out I grabbed my clothes. I put on my Black bathing suit that says Beach Babe, my striped cropped Tee, my light colored shorts, my white socks and adidas, and threw on some random bracelets.

I walked back to the bathroom and brushed my teeth and I put on my hoop earrings, some mascara, and pink lipgloss. I put my hair in a messy bun and grabbed a bag with extra clothes in it. I walked into the kitchen to see Lyla In a flowy dress with her bathing suit under. Then I we put on matching aprons and started to bake 978 cupcakes for the pack and the pack that's coming over for the BBQ.

Then Rose woke up and came down stairs she was wearing something similar to Lyla's outfit but she had a hat. She put on and apron and started decorating the already made cupcakes. Then Lily and Reese came down stairs Reese was in his swim trunks and Lily was in her Bathing suit with a skirt, they ate breakfast and watched Blues Clues. I still couldn't believe that blue was a girl. Then Dad and Mom walked down stairs and dad started chasing the kids around. The last one to come down stairs was Melody. She walked down stairs looking ready to start her day I looked at her outfit it was Boom.com.

"Girl yo outfit is cute said Jay"She laughed. She was wearing a long tight gray dress with her white Chuck's, her jean hat, hoop earrings, her gold necklace that says Melody, and her white, peach, and black two piece bathing suit with a flower on it." Girl we should go shopping sometime"Jay said as they both put on aprons to help us bake. After we finished baking we put the Ice cream looking cupcakes with a waffle piece on top in the boxes we loaded them in the trunk of the car and Lyla, Jay, Rose, and Jake drove to the pack house. I hopped in Melody's car with Lily, Reese, Mom, Dad, and Jake and Lyla's parents.

Lyla's Pov

When we got there the pack was setting up and playing music. We brought the cupcakes to the kitchen, which was huge it wasn't like a restaurant kitchen it was more like a homie kitchen. Everybody was cooking stuff for tacos, burritos, cutting meat, and cutting watermelon.

I put the cupcakes in the freezer so when the party starts the icing is in place. I walked outside and saw that the other pack had arrived and their cars where piling onto the grass a few yards away from the pack house but still in side the gate. Then he hopped out of the car he was probably the Alpha he looked about 19 or 20. I saw Alpha Daniel and Jayden walk over and half of the pack so I decided to go say hi. As I smelled something I stopped someone was pushing through the crowd and grabbed my hand I looked up to see the Alpha guy that had just got here. When he grabbed my hand tingles shot up my arm. I knew he was the one.
