v (who cooked you a romantic dinner)
taehyung finished setting up the table as the food was cooking.
you were just coming back from a month-long business trip in Dubai and your boyfriend, taehyung has set up a fancy romantic dinner as a celebration for you coming back. he set the mood by dimming the lights.
once the food had been fully cooked, he placed them on the table for two, with a velvet-coloured sheet covering the wooden surface. he lights up two tall candles. there are shiny silver forks, spoons and knifes laid neatly next to the plates of food. there are also napkins on the other side of the food.
he sits at his seat, waiting for you.

you sprint out of the airport with your suitcases. you haven't seen your boyfriend for ages, and you were excited to see him now... wait...
he isn't here.
you wait for another 10 minutes.
"he was supposed to be here around half an hour ago..." you mutter to yourself whilst you start to shiver in the cold. it was a lot hotter in Dubai.
after another 10 minutes. you decide to get a taxi home.
10 minutes later
You open the door to your house. almost immediately, you start complaining while trying to find where in the house he was.
"yah, taehyungie! you were supposed to come pick me u- woah," you see taehyung at the fancy dinner table with the food.
"welcome home," he smiles at you.
"taehyungie, you didn't have to do this for me!" you smile back at him, walking around to him to give him a hug.
"and oh my gosh, you look amazing," you compliment him, making him blush.
"thank you, babe," he smiles through his blush.
you sit down on the chair opposite taehyung and begin tucking into your food.
holy shit, he can cook.
when you both finish eating the food, you both get up from the chairs.
taehyung expects you to walk off to your bedroom and sleep like you always do, but instead, you give him a short but sweet and loving peck on the lips.
"thank you so much for that, babe. that really made my day," you smile at him before going to do what he expected you to do in the first place.
he smiles to himself before going to the bed also and cuddling up to you while you sleep.
"love you, baby," he whispers in your ear before he falls asleep.
(i never knew that doing these could be so stressful...)
