I followed her to a small looking café still feeling sort of awkward that she'd seen me fall down the slope. As we entered she told me to sit down at a table being polite and asking where I wanted to sit.
We chose a nice table for two next to a window and we both sat down.
"Hello, my names Emilia"
She said in her sweet Canadian accent
"Hi my names max" I replied still feeling awkward. "I'll buy the drinks" I said a few seconds after
"It's no problem I'll get them" she replied
"No seriously I'll get them" I said.
After a while of arguing who was going to get the drinks she gave in and I pulled myself out of the table while asking what she wanted.
I bought the coffees we both had exactly the same. Coffee, 1 sugar and quite milky.
"Your a really nice woman Emilia and I'm so glad I bumped into you even if it did mean hurting my back" I said in a sort of flirty way, I'm not sure if it was meant to be flirty but she took it well and replied with "it was great to meat you too, look you bought the coffees so come back to mine for a while, I mean I live on my own with no room mate or boyfriend so I get quite lonely"
"Yes sure same here I've been single for a while and have been in Canada for 2 days now on my holidays, I mean I don't live in Canada I'm English you might be able to tell because of my accent." I replied now this convocation just got more flirty as it goes along.
And it ended with us exchanging phone numbers.
