Chapter 2 Oh Dear

I tap my steering wheel as I wait for the class bell to ring. I came to school too early and Bell's just left me after scolding me like a dog. That just rude. I was about to give up and leave when I heard the passenger door slam shut. I jump,ready to scream only to realize who it is. Jason. He is Chase's best friend. Were really close though. He is probably future Beta. Not sure.

"Jason, you scary the shit out of me" I yell at him. "Shh" he said looking out the window. "Are your brothers here?" he ask nervously. "No...." I said slowly like talking to a mental person. I mean come on Ace doesn't wake up until 8:20 like me and Chase and May usually stop at Star Bucks. Jason is like my 3rd brother, he known us since 6 years old. Has he finally lost it?!?

Jason let out a breath and sink into the seat. "Good, I did something really bad" Jason explains looking at me. I shook my head. "When don't you do something bad Jay?" I ask . Jason playfully glares at me. "I'm serous this is CODE A " Jason is panicking.

Jason has been around so much that I got to know him. At some point we ended but making codes for each other. They all go to letter A threw E.

Code A means a life and dead situation.

"What did you do ?" I ask NOW i'm panicking. Jason is always screwing up especially when he is drunk. "I..um.. may or may not have ..hum sex... with um Scarlet" Jason said nervously but I heard him. I heard him alright!

"Oh my god, Jason! You had sex with Chase's girlfriend!" I yell at him . "Shh" Jason said looking out the window to see if anyone heard me yell.

A full blown grin appear on my face. I hate Scarlet! She the packs slut. She not "Miss.Poplar" like May but she is popular for opening her stupid fake tan legs. I lost count on how many times she cheated on Chase.

"Have a ever told you how much I love you" I said smiling. This just made my morning. Chase will find out and throw that slut to the trash where she belongs. She only popular for three reasons: 1:She a slut. 2: She dating Chase and 3: Her dad is the third in command while her mom is the pack's doctor.

"Kate, why are you happy?"Jason ask tilting his head. His big brown eyes widen trying to give me that 'I'm a lost puppy' look. I taught him that. I cross my arms over my chest.

"That has no affect on me, I taught you that for fucking sacks" I said dramatically. Jason roll his eyes. "Please help me, if we all know Scarlet you know she will tell Chase making him go against me" Jason begged. I gave him a flat look. Then shrugged. "Fine, but only because your my friend and because I love messing with Scarlet" I said.

Jason smile and then pull me into a hug. "I love that your a threatin' bitch half the time" he mutter. I gasp and pull away. Okay maybe that is true but I still don't like being told that. "Sorry?" Jason chuckle though my sure he not really sorry.

Before I can make bitchy remark there was a tap on my driver window. Jason eyes widen and he froze in place. I slowly turn around and saw Chase. He look pissed and has his arms cross his chest.

"did he hear us?" I mind-link Jason. He shook his head and I sigh of relief. Hey, I may want to help Jason but I still don't want to go down with him.

I lower the window and gave Chase a 'I'm a good girl' look. Chase scowl. "What is going on here" Chase said not buying my look. I pout and sink into my seat. I glance at Jason who hadn't move a inch. Yeah, Chase can be scary when he is angry.

"Nothing, just having a friendly chit chat " I lie. Well half lie. Yeah, I'm a good liar. Chase sigh. "I saw you too hugging" he explains dropping his hands. He look calmer now. I roll my eyes. I hate it when he gets protective of me. I mean I love Jason but I would never date him.
