"So just state your name what you do and a bit about your life" the camera man says and I nod

"Hi. I'm Ember Bailey..I'm a singer..And um pretty much my life was pretty normal. Until my parents couldn't afford the home that I lived in as a kid. So I was poor for a long while until after I graduated high school I got a job and started working as an intern which helped for me and my parents" I say

"And who's here to watch you?"

"uh. My parents of course, And good friends Cameron Ethan and Grayson" I say

"Are you nervous?"

" a bit yeah" I giggle

"Ember Bailey Holiday" The intercom called and I went on stage

"Why hello" Simon says and I gave a small smile

"Hi.." I say

"What do you do?" He asked

"I'm a singer" I say nervously

"What's your name?"

"Ember, Em or Bails since my middle name is Bailey" I say

"Beautiful, what will you be singing Bails?"

"um, Sorry. By Halsey" I say and he nods

"Well begin, The stage is yours."

I took a breath and saw Grayson smiling I blushed and waved as a stage member gave me a microphone

I finished and everyone clapped and cheered

I smiled and tucked a strand of hair behind my ear

"Well Mrs. Bails. You sound beautiful, I love your voice it just melts me" Heidi says and I thank her

"I believe you deserve this." Howie says and presses the gold buzzer

I saw Grayson Cameron and Ethan come on stage and hug me

"You did so fucking good!" Ethan says and hugs me again

Grayson kissed me then we went to his car and Ethan drove Cam home

I looked over at Grayson who seemed very happy and it made me smile

"Theres something the back seat for you" He says while taking a turn

I look in the back seat and see a picture of both of us yesterday when we had our tickle fight

We both were laughing and having a good time

I smiled

"This was yesterday..Before the dinner and all" I say

"And. You were happy" he grins

I laugh and we get out the car at his house

I look down at my phone and see a text from Cam
