I feel the warmness of sunlight on my skin. It made me uncomfortable, I felt sweaty so I throw my blanket away.

I turned my body to face the other side so that I could watch my boyfriend's sleep face. I opened my eyes then I realized..

Ouh, I forgot I'm single

Those dreams I've been having almost every night felt so real that I even believe I have a boyfriend

I get off of bed and went to the kitchen to make a toast. Then my phone buzzed. It's Shiki. I answered the call

"Hey (y/n), what number was your house again?"

"7. Why?"

"I'm already near your house. Get ready to open your door for me" She hang up.

I'm confused. Is she coming?

OH SHI--, I FORGOT THAT SHE'S COMING!

I quickly tidy up everything and change my pyjama. I brush my teeth, comb my hair, wear some make up anddddd done.

If I were a superhero, I'm most definitely going to be flash

Ding Dong~

"Coming!!"

I ran to the door and opened it

"Heyy girlll" Shiki came in and hugged me

We sat down on the sofa.
Shiki keeps bouncing on my sofa because it's so fluffy.

"So, how's life?" She asked me while looking at me like she's expecting something

"Ummm, great?"

"Oh girl, come on.. You know what I meant"

I make a confused face

"Omg, (y/n)! Boyfriend! Do you have one yet?" She moved her face closer to mine

I backed away "Umm, no"

"Geez, you're already a grown up. You need one quickly" Shiki took out her phone and showed me an app "Here, you can find a guy to your liking using this app"

"Shiki, you know I don't like getting to know a guy through the internet right.. What if the guy is someone you didn't expect. Don't worry, I'll find a boyfriend later"

"Oh no, no! Your 'later' will make you single till you die. Aren't you jealous over Min Se and Aviana who have a boyfriend? And their boyfriends are also good looking. Aren't you jealous when they act lovey dovey in front of you and you just stare at them like a lonely potato" She gave me a freaking long speech

To be honest, I'm quite jealous. But are there any guy who would want an ugly potato like me?

Shiki sighed and looked like she'd gave up.

"Huh,, If there are no other way, I think you could just wish upon that stupid shooting star like other people and wait like a fool"

A Shooting star?

"Shooting star? What are you talking about?"

"Haven't you heard? The social media are full with this articles about a shooting star that only come cross the sky once every 500 years. And that is tonight"

"Really?" Wow, to watch that shooting star is like once in a lifetime chance!

"Don't tell me you're gonna wish to it? Don't waste your time believing things like that" Shiki stands up and walk to the door

"Bye, I need to go. I hope you could get a boyfriend by next week" Shiki went out and closed the door.

Only two more minutes left. I never believed in shooting star before but this time I desperately wants a boyfriend. If my wish isn't granted then I would feel like a fool.

Maybe I should stop..

Suddenly, Something is sparkling above the sky. A shooting star is coming

It's here..

I held my hand together as I closed my eyes and sincerely wish what my heart desires

"Shooting star please grand my wish"
