The fourth dimension

We spent that night at Sebastian's foster home in the neighborhood of MIRA. It was a tolerable mansion and the neighborhood seemed to be unaware of the earthly dimensions. The meal was great. Sebastian talked about how he left the orphanage and moved in here.

"You have a better life here. Back at the orphanage I moped the floors three times a day and the food sucked. I knew that I'm no Oliver Twist and that I would starve to death if I stayed too long. I'm glad to have found this place. "

I quietly listened to Sebastian. That night I could not sleep. I was missing someone badly. I missed home and my dad. I wished he asked me to stay. I blamed myself for having left the house.

I've had these feelings before. Back at home I had no one to talk to. Everyone was busy with their own self. My days were spent among pastels and my nights were a nightmare. I often sobbed. I cried till my eyes could shed no more tears.

If you ask a normal person as to how many dimensions existed in the world they would say - three, length, breadth and height. These three dimensions are enough for someone or something to exist.

But if you ask a scientist he would add a fourth dimension to your list. That dimension is TIME.  Time is the primary reason for our existence.  If I say I was born on 2nd of August 1954 at twelve noon - it is time. Time is the proof of my existence. We all take our birth date as a reference. With respect to that reference we calculate our age. The day we die time dies for us and we cease to exist.

People say time changes. I believe so. That is the reason why I never ended it for me. Those who loose hope and feel that time will never change cease to exist. 

I hope to live this life and live it my way. I hope my next morning will bring me good fortune...
