Chapter 4: One of the main things that kept me happy

I've seen Airi has been going out with Ar'mon and Trey a lot more lately and it's like she's moved back in with them. She's closer too Ar'mon then she ever was and reconnecting with Trey as well. But I'm afraid Banana Crew is falling apart.

My brother has not been himself at all, either. He's been so distant lately. Tray now gets frustrated when Airi walks in the room, especially when she gets dressed up, which has been a lot lately. I've just never seen my brother like this, but he was treating her like dirt so I can't blame Airi. Like Queen says, "What goes around comes around." (Queen Naija-Karma)

What frustrates me the most is that I was starting to feel her too. Constantly lying about how she's just a sister to me. 😐 When I saw her getting close to Tray, I couldn't stand it, so I made up Maria. I don't have these feelings anymore, but I do miss her. She's never here and when she is, she's with Ar'mon and Trey. Always calling them by there nicknames too. "Armoni and Treezy." But she doesn't call Tray and I by our last names. It used to always be "Bills and Gilly-Gill-Gill" 😊

I just want my Airi back. She's our roommate, not Armon's. And at the end of the day she was one of the main things that kept me happy and moving forward in life. 😔

Bro. I am so glad I got my girl best friend back. We're doing everything together again. Like singing and dancing all the time. Making videos on Snapchat. 😁😁 I'm so glad that she dating Armoni. Honestly, I thought it was going to be a bad idea, but this is a a situation where everybody wins.

Ar'mon is a little lucky though, cause I'm not the type to put people in the friend zones, if you know what I mean. 😉 Airi has been looking mighty fine lately, not going to lie. I mean I'm not trying to steal her or nothing, but she's been looking better then ever. She's glowing and where clothes that fit her body, real nice. 😋 I'm just trying to know if she got a sister like her. 😏

Anyways...

Today we decided to just hang out at the mall. Airi is looking beautiful as ever and she not even trying 😍. But as we walk around we stop in front of Forever 21. Ar'mon grabs Airi by her right hand with his and asks, "Would you fo the honor of being my wi- girlfriend?"

Somehow she began to glow even more and lit up the whole mall with her smile. She says "Of course." And pulls Ar'mon into a hug.  It really took them 3 months for this to happen. That doesn't sound like my brother. 🙄🙄

I don't think he has ever taking any relationship that serious, but  I guess he better with this one. Airi takes all her friendships and relationships serious and I love that about her. She takes the time to make sure every kind of relationship she has is maintained. I mean even though we weren't as close as before, for a while she still checked up on me. Asking me how I was doing or if I was okay.

The next day, I wake up to Ar'mon screaming, "WHAT THE FUCK?!...HOW DARE THAT NIGGA?! ... AH HELL NAW! I'M ON MY WAY TO GET MY BABY AND KILL THIS NIGGA!!" Dammit. Ar'mon is really pissed rn. I quickly grab some pants and shoes and bounce before he actually kills somebody.

It's about 7:00 in the morning and I'm sitting in the family area with the curtains opened to try and fully wake up. Tray comes in and sits next to me while placing a pillow in his lap to rest his elbows on while he places his hands on his head.

"Wassup, Tray. Somethings been bothering you?" "Nah, man. I'm fine," he lies. "Bro. I know there is something going on and you probably don't think you want to talk about it, but you probably should." He rolls his eyes.

"I just want you to feel better, man. You've been really distant lately and I miss brother." I continue. "I don't want to lose you because I already feel like I lost Airi." I say. He looks up at me with pure rage. "Look I said I don't want to talk!" "Okay man by bad." I said quickly.

A few minutes pass.

Airi walks in and sits on the other couch. While she does so, Tray gets up to leave. She looks hurts when he does this an asks, "Tray. How come I'm never aloud to see your face? How come you give me so much hate?"

"FIRST OF ALL,  NEVER HERE,TO SEE MY FACE, SO THAT'S ON YOU! AND SECOND. YOU'VE COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT,—NOT JUST BANANA CREW AND BABY MAMA CREW —BUT THE WHOLE QWAZY CLOUT GANG!"He began.

While he's screaming, Carmen, Corey, Nique, and King walk in the room.  "Chill, Tray. This is just something new. She probably didn't realize how we might feel about this, but what she is doing is perfectly fine. Although, she isn't hang with us much. I'm pretty sure everything will go back to normal. It's like that for everything that is new." I say. I look at Airionna and she looks like she has  just found someone that meant her life, dead.

Her eyes are full of water ready to pour out. I can't believe this nigga. I don't even know who the is. This ain't right. "NAH! I'M NOT FINISHED!" He screams. Airi is now balling so Carmen whips her phone out, runs downs stairs, and start dialing. "Ar'mon?" But Tray doesn't notice, because he is still screaming.

"YOU MINUS WELL GO BACK LIVING WITH THEM! CAUSE YOU DON'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT US! YOU'RE JUST TAKING UP EXTRA ROOM IN THIS HOUSE!"

"Tray! Your going to have to get the fuck out right now! You can't say shit like that. Honestly I don't wanna live with somebody like that. We are suppose to be a family and if you have a problem with something someone did,  talk to them in PRIVATE CALMLY about how you feel." King says.

"What you just did , is very disrespectful. I wouldn't wanna live with somebody like that either. You shouldn't talk to a person like that especially a woman. And as a man of God you of all people should know better." Corey says.

I turn to Tray and he looked very hurt for a second but then covers it up with a hard face.
"Man fuck y'all" he says then goes downstairs to walk outside. Airi runs to her room still crying hard. Nique follows with a sympathizing look, while King and Corey sit down looking very stressed. While me. I'm trying to hold back tears. Obviously I don't want anybody to see me cry, but it pains me badly to see Airi that hurt.

Next thing we hear is Carmen screaming "OH MY GOSH! TRAY!" Corey is immediately gone at the sound of his baby mama's voice and all my blood felt like it was drain out of my body, knowing that something has happened to my cousin. As King and I run down the steps close behind Corey, we hear "AR'MON STOP!!" That was Trey Traylor's voice.
