Y/N (POV)

I started to laugh after Taehyung made a joke but stopped laughing when I realized I had to move tomorrow and I still haven't told Taehyung. We've been the best of friends since the longest, I've also been starting to get these feelings about him. Like feelings that I just want him for me and me only, like he's only mine but I know I can't have that because I don't want to ruin our friendship if I confessed about me liking him.

"Y/n, what's wrong?" Taehyung was munching on an apple slice dipped in peanut butter.

"I have to tell you something..."

"What is it?" He asked me.

I exhaled before I said anything, "I'm moving to Toronto...tomorrow." Tae dropped the half bitten apple back on his plate.

"..Are you kidding me?" I shook my head for a response to his question. "No! Please don't go, Y/n. I'm going to miss you so much, you can't just leave me alone here with all these cockroaches!" Offended people turned to look at Taehyung but he didn't care.

I stifled a laugh, "Tae it's okay, we can always face time and text each other. I'm only going to be there for some months for my school trip."

"Didn't you just say you were moving there?" He asked me.

"I will move there when I'm, I mean we graduate highschool because the university I'm going to is there." Taehyung moved a bit away from me, looking down at his food. Then got up with his tray and went to the trash can to throw away his food, I stayed there thinking that he would come back to talk with my but I was wrong he left somewhere else.

I sighed when I got a call, "Hello?"

"Hello Y/n, have you packed your stuff yet?" Mac asked me.

"Oh about that, I'll start right now."

"Hurry up because we have to wake up at 1:00 am in the morning tomorrow and you need rest unless you're going to sleep on the bus that Mrs. Storm is going to drive." Mac said.

"Oh no, I won't be comfortable on the bus since the seats are pretty rough and I'll probably make a fool of my self while I'm sleeping since you know I talk about some weird stuff ha." I told her.

"Right, well I'll see you when Mrs. Storm drives us to your place to pick you up kay?"

"Kay, see ya."

"Bye." We ended the phone call so I could go pack my things before I leave on the trip.

I was waiting at the bus stop until I saw the bus Mrs. Storm was driving pull up, "Hello Mrs. Storm."

"Hi dear, go sit wherever you'd like. We have two more students to pick up so be patient."

After we got everyone, we were on our way to the airport where we would leave the bus because we were just renting it for the trip. We finally arrived and are now seated, Mac looked over to me.

"So how's Taehyung doing?" Mac asked.

"I don't know to be honest, when I told him that I was leaving he just left.." I shrugged my shoulders.

"Have you told him about your feelings for him?"

"No because I don't have any feelings for him." I lied.

"Whatever you say, boo." Mac scrolled through her Instagram and I turned on my music after I put in my earphones.

"Tae!" I hugged Taehyung leaving my suitcase behind me. Whilst hugging him, I noticed a petite burnet with pale skin behind him with an 'I don't want to be here' look plastered on her face. I pulled back from the hug, "Who's this?" I asked him.

"This is my girlfriend, Chelsea."

"Oh..when did you meet her?" I tried to smile but completely failed.

"When you told me that you were going to Canada, I met Chelsea at the brownie shop down the street. We started dating after a week when I asked her if she would like to go on a date with me, I'm in love with her." Taehyung goes to Chelsea and kissed her in front of me. Trying to not roll my eyes, I told him I'd see him later and left in a taxi.

It's been almost a month and I've seen enough of the 'so cute couple', I've wanted to throw up but I couldn't do that because Taehyung's my best friend and I'm sure he wouldn't say that to me if I started dating someone. Right now I was sitting with Mac as I eyed the couple, Tae and I have been drifting apart probably because Chelsea wanted his attention every single time of the day and if I were him, I would've been annoyed but hey that's just me.

"Y/n, you're doing it again." Mac said as she waved her juice box in my way.

"I'm not doing anything."

"Oh yeah because glaring at Chelsea and Taehyung isn't doing anything whatsoever." She said in a sarcastic voice.

"Fine, you caught me." I rolled my eyes as I set my attention on eating my turkey cheese sandwich.

"I can't believe that we're graduating in a few days, thank God we're finished with finals!" Mac fist pumped the air.

"Yeah. I'm so tired honestly, wanna come to my house later?" I asked her and she nodded. Both of us headed out, and walked to my house since it was pretty close to our highschool.

It's been two months since I've heard Taehyung's voice, when I had the time and I was thinking about him I'd look at our text messages or pictures but I just didn't have the courage of talking to him out of nowhere.

Two years has passed, and I've dated a few boys but I just didn't have that connection and sometimes I'd think about Taehyung and imagine about how it would be like if we were dating. I was coming back home this Saturday to visit my family and friends, and since I was finally done with University I was thinking that I should move back home just because I thought that Toronto just didn't suit me well and the fact that I was missing so many of my family members and friends...and Tae.

I've decided to call Taehyung, on the third ring he picked up. "Hello?"

"Hey, Tae..it's me, Y/n your bestie." I nervously said.

"Y/n! We should meet up at the brownie shop, I have something to tell you." He said.

"Oh that's a bit odd, I also have to tell you something. See you soon, I guess."

"Yeah, see ya." Taehyung ended the phone call.
