Soulmates AU where anything that the other person draws on his/her arms shows up on your arms crossed with The Moon dies every morning for the Sun

Once upon a time in highschool math class we have, our jock. He's not mean, hes not actually green, hes actually got a really good eye for drawing. Next, we have, our shy petite girl. She's quiet, she's nice, she doesn't think very highly of herself.

Well, we're back to math class. Sol, our jock, likes to draw on his arms when he's bored, and math class is the definition of boring.

Today, he decided to draw the moon on his forearm, as he was almost finished, he spied Luna at the other side of the room untying the jacket at her waist and putting it on. He smirked slightly, hed known about Luna since Freshman year. The funny thing was that she knew about him since 2nd grade, when his artistic abilities really started to show.

Then his buddies started shoving him around playfully and pointing to Luna, they, like most of the school had deduced that they were soul mates. The only weird thing was that neither had actually talked to each other, although when Sol caught some of the popular girls gossiping about her he put a stop to it.

Sol just rolled his eyes and faked paying attention. Sneaking glances at Luna every couple minutes, Luna doing the same.

Sol had never written notes to Luna via arm drawing, so when one of the guys across from him took his wrist and wrote 'F U' an anger that burned hotter than the fires of hell rose up inside him. But just as he stood up to raise the punch, Luna ran out of class.

Sol glared something special at the boy who wrote it and followed her, slamming the door behind him. Sol ran down the halls, following her footsteps.

When they stopped, Sol found himself at the first place he actually noticed Luna.

His chest had finally healed from a surgery he had almost a year before. Both of his lungs had collapsed beyond repair, and there was a very high Possibly he would die because he had a rare blood type and there were no donors. But just as his parents were considering pulling the plug new donor came into the system with the right blood type, they were even giving up a lung and requested to give it to Sol. That donor saved his life, and although he didn't do as many sports he was back to being a normal teenager. He and a couple buddies had come to the school just as the moon had risen, with the goal in mind to spray paint the walls, when he saw Luna.

The way the moonlight hit her face made her look like a goddess, she was just sitting under the sweeping Willow and looking at the moon.

Sol and his buddies didn't end up defiling school property that night, but he saw Luna for the first time, he really saw her.

Today, Luna sat in the same place, but instead of looking up, she held her face in her hands, her sleeves rolled up to her elbows to see the moon he drew and the F U his friend wrote.

Luna was gasping for breath, Sol wasn't much better.

"Please, I'm sorry. He's and idiot."

Luna didn't look up. Sol tried a couple more times to get her to talk, but it didn't work. So instead he sat next to her and took out a pen from his pocket. Luna perked up a little as she watched what he drew on his arm transfer to hers.

He drew the Sun, wrapping around the Moon he drew in class, making a yin and yang. Then, around that, he wrote in fancy calligraphy, 'The Sun and The Moon'.

She didn't speak for a while, just admiring the drawing, and the way he incorporated the FU into the Sun.

After a while Luna pulled up her shirt to reveal a long scar on her left side of her chest.

Unconsciously, Sol touched his own scar.

"It was you." Sol whispered

"I die every day for you." The Moon said to the Sun

"I wait for every night for you." The Sun said to the Moon.

Slowly, ever so slowly, The Sun leaned in and kissed The Moon.
