When your life gets distracted by something in perticuar, its all you ever think about. You can wait forever just wondering if you will ever, smell or see or touch that thing again. Its all you ever want. Its the only thing or person that matters. You never understand why that thing/person has that big of an effect on you, until you realise you might never see them again. That their lost in a world that holds over 7 billion people. Sometimes, by chance, you might see that wonderful thing in your life again. However, this was not one of those moments. I stood looking at that window, where the blue eyes once were, but never did they return.
---------------------
Sunday evening to early hours of Monday morning was the worst. I felt fat and I was also shattered, I was up till three o'clock cleaning the whole house, just incase my parents decicded to pop home early.(It wouldent be the first) I gurantee they would have been shocked with the mess we made over the past weekend. Friday evening wasen't so bad cleaning, but the saturday and sunday. It looked like a bomb went off in the fridge, which erupted all over the lounge. Michael left soon after three leaving me to climb up the stairs, my eyes were already slowly drooping. Getting to my beddroom door. I kicked it with the tip of my toe pushing the door open. I didnt bother turning the light on, not having the energy to turn it off when I was dressed for bed. I stripped off my half top and replaced it with one of my brothers old football jerseys from when he was in school. I didnt bother wearing any bottoms so I just took of my track suit bottoms, flinging them somewhere on the floor.
Like I have done every night since the Saturday I saw those eyes, I looked out of my window and across to the one directly infront of mine. I sighed seeing that once again, the window was empty, just a black room, with no blue sparkling eyes looking directly into my soul. Well it felt like they were the first evening of me seeing them.
I turned from the window and pulled back the covers of my bed, I slid into a place of pleasure. Straight away the heat and compfort over took me and I was just sitting in the bed. I slowly shuffled down in the double bed I have and rested my head upon the pillow. Sleep, soon later, washing over me.
-------
Five hour later, the sun was beaming through my window giving me a harsh awakening. Rude. A second later my phone was beeping, loudly forcing me to get up from the slumber. Pulling myself up from my bed I walked over to my dresser examing my face and my crazy bed hair. Monday's after a long weeekend are horrible. You just dont want to do anything. Especially school. Making my way to my bedroom door I grabbed the toiletries I would need to take a shower. The bathroom was empty at eight o'clock in the morning like usually. Tyler wasnt at school yet and Connor has just finished his second year at universty. So they were both still sleeping. I on the other hand had two and a half days left of school until i brake up for the year. Fucking finally.
The water cascaded round my body and it felt like rain hitting my bare skin, relaxing and soothing. I tilted my neck slightly which allowed the water to run into the depths of the crook of my neck. It may have just been a shower, but the water still took me to a place that my own imagination cant. It takes me to a place that not made for a childrens eyes, It takes me to reality. A place that even the oldest of adults sometime fear, but me I open the real world with open arms and a smile.
Stepping out, I securely wrapped a towel around both my body and hair.Unlocking the door and opening it, I was greeted by a small cute boy standing smiling at me. A smile that could warm anyone's heart. His baby teeth were there but one had already fallen out. He was so cute, well he was my brother.
"Hiya munchkin." I smiled down at him, He took my hand and began to take me back to my room. He said nothing just leaded the way to my own room, which I'm sure I knew the route too.
