Bridge Battle

Naru's POV

After sitting around down stairs for awhile I went upstairs and decided to lay down in what I could only guess was the guest room.

Over all I was board from what I heard from Sakura is that there's a kid that also lives here. Right when I was about to go look for the supposed kid, I heard banging down.

And with that I got up and leaped down the stairs. My eyes where greeted with two guys kidnapping Tsunami, and a kid shaking for dear life yelling. Apparently no one noticed me looking trough the window witnessing the whole ordeal.

So with out context I shunshined behind the two guys and hit them on the nape of the neck knocking them out. Right after I knocked them out they realised Tsunami out of their clammy grip.

"Who are you" Tsunami questioned, and for a second I was confused. I mean she meet me like two days ago. And then I realized I don't have my genjustu. Well at least the kid didn't see me in my genjustu or that would maker explaining this even harder.

"Um how do I explain this. Well I'm Naruto but my actual name is Naruko. And their is this thing called genjustu, and it the art of making illusions basically, an  I used a genjustu and chest binding to hide my gender" I said explaining it as simply as possible.

After my explanation she just nodded not pushing the subject. But that didn't stop the little kid from talking " Why did you save my mom, where trying to be seen as a hero because hero's don't exist" the kid I don't now said while wiping.

"Inari, don't be disrespectful this young lady just saved are lives, he thankful" Tsunami said scolding her kid which I now know the name of.

"It's okay Tsunami" I said in a reassuring voice. But before she could respond I keeled down to Inari height, which wasn't that hard since I'm already short.

"Inari, I do agree with you about how there is no hero's, but I didn't save you to be painted in a better light, I did it because was the right thing to do and when I was little I would of loved for some one to save me" I said giving a smile. And he surprisingly gave me a hug and I accepted it. After the hug I got up.

"Well I have to go I think that the rest of might be in trouble" I said before I started walking, and then Inari yet again said something "Why would your team be in trouble."

"Because,most likely going fighting Zabuza and Haku, and Gato and his men will probably show up to kill of all of them. So I got to go, be safe, bye." I said running away in a rush, no room for them to put their input in.

Once I got to the bridge no one noticed me immediately, so I had the advantage of figuring out what to do. It seem that Sakura was protecting Tazuna while Kakashi was fighting  Zabuza. I looked around for Sasuke and saw him in what looked to be a ice dome.

I had to think quick what do I do. It seemed that it  was Haku who made the ice dome, because I could sense Haku's chakra signature in the the ice mirrors.

Now what do I do. I have three options which do I choose. And with out a second hesitation I run over to the supposed ice dome. Now that I'm in view everyone  noticed that I'm here.

And with all eyes all me I went into the ice dome and saw Sasuke, and boy did he look like shit.

He had some  senbon needles sticking on to him, and boy did he look like a hedgehog. Yeah, I know right now is the not the best time to be having these none sober thoughts, but what can I say?

My chain of thought was interrupted with a rain of needles coming straight towards Sasuke. Without a second thought I pushed Sasuke out of the way leaving  me left to take the needles.

Sasuke looked at me modified. He might have not expected his childhood friend to take a rain of needles for him. He didn't say anything but I did, "Haku what's the point of fight this battle," I said, and image in the mirror which is Haku stop, with surprise.

You could hear the slight mumble of the word "what" from the mirrors, obviously I caught Haku off guard.

"What do you mean," Haku responded with, and his voice was laced with curiosity. I cleared my trout, which unknowingly became dry, and started to speak again " where friends Haku, I don't understand why we have to fight. Gato is playing you like a puppet, we can help you guys just let us," I said reasoning with Haku.

Apparently Haku was going along with me because he took the dome down and showed his actual self. We where walking towards each other and then we hear the sound of birds chirping and we look over at Zabuza and Kakashi, and the only thought going trough my head was

Um sorry for like not posting for like 2 or 3 weeks, I've been busy. Thanks for 2.36k views, and for all of the votes and comments, they all make me so happy and make my day.
