When The Mighty Fall

Chapter Two:

      "Hey, I'm Barry Allen, I'm the fastest man alive. Also think I am on the wrong earth"
      "My name is J'onn J'onzz, I am from Mars"
      "Lena Luthor"
      "Oliver Queen, the Green Arrow"
      "My name is Mon-El and I am the Prince of Daxam"
      "The names Sara, Sara Lance"
      "Oh! Right I am Ray Palmer, Atom. You just look like my cousin"
      "I am your worst nightmare, Kae Zor-el"

      Kae laid under the green light, feeling the horrible tingle that covered her body. Her mind was racing back through her memories, trying to concentrate on something other than pain.
      Scientist around her worked with Kryptonite, making the Kryptonian feel every ounce of pain she could ever feel.
      "Up the dosage of Liquid Kryptonite, it seems she's actually awake" Lillian Luthor commanded. A scientist nodded and walked over to the alien, turning a nob on a tube filled with liquid Kryptonite.
      "I'm sorry, Kae" the whisper went unnoticed by everyone except the hero laying half-awake on the table.
      Kae knew the scientist, a doctor who had once done an eye test on her after almost completely draining her powers. Kae knew the doctor was undercover, Kae knew 3 scientist in the room, she knew that was her only link to the DEO in the horrid lab called Cadmus.

      The blue and silver portal shut, the heroes from earth one searching the abandoned bar for any place to settle in and prepare for the beginning of their search for the Super Twins.
      "This is where you have been working since the twins disappeared?" Barry asked.
      "Yea, the DEO was compromised and we didn't know who to trust" Alex said, "This is an alien bar, it's where Kara and Kae felt at home. When Cadmus attacked all three of the supers, the aliens scattered, our vigilante has been doing his best to hide them"
      "You guys have a vigilante now?" Cisco asked, removing his goggles.
      "James decided to give back to the world, he started fighting smaller crime while Kara and Kae handled the aliens" Winn shrugged.
      "We have had vigilantes before James, but they are over in Gotham" Alex said, "No one really talks about them though"
      "That's cause they're killers" James stepped into the room, crossing his arms. His Guardian suit was dirty, he had his helmet off, and he was clearly sweating. "Who are they?"
      "We're the Super Twins friends" Sara smirked. "You must be the vigilante of Earth 38"
      "Call me Guardian, why are you all here?" James asked, stepping into the bar more, placing his helmet on a bar stool.
      "We came to help the twins" Barry said. "They helped us stop an alien invasion, only right we help them stop anti-alien organization"
"Have you talked to Lucy or Lois?" Alex asked.
"Yea, they have him at the fortress, thankfully the door opened for Lois" James said, "J'onn asked for you to tell him if you need anything, I have to get back to my rounds. There's still a few uncounted for aliens"
"Alright, be careful. If Kara and Kae found out I let you get yourself hurt, they'd have my head" Alex spoke, James simply nodded before rushing out again.
"The Twins let him become a vigilante?" Barry asked, turning to Alex.
"They protested as much as they could, but by the time they even found out who he was, National City already started calling him a hero" Alex shrugged. "We could do nothing except lend a helping hand every so often"
"Alright, we need to work on finding a way to get the twins back" Felicity perked up, "Cisco, Cait, let's set up over here"
The techies started setting up computers and hacking into a few satellites. They worked quietly, not paying attention to the heroes going over maps of the city.
"This is one of the DEO's buildings, we have been working out it since last year" Alex explained, pointing at the spot on the map where the DEO tower was.
"You guys aren't in the cave anymore?" Barry asked, Alex nodded. "Good, cause I nearly got bit by a bat in there"
"You and the Twins" Alex shook her head smiling a bit. "This is CatCo, where James, Kara, and Kae work. That's L-Corp, Kara's girlfriends company"
"Skirt likes girls? Huh" Mick chuckled and stuffed a sandwich into his mouth.
"Lena has been doing everything she can to find Cadmus, but her mother refuses to talk to her" Alex states.
"Her Mother is linked to Cadmus?" Sara asks.
"Lillian is the leader of Cadmus, she has tried endless times to recruit Lena, but Lena is far to much in love with Kara" Alex crossed her arms. "Speaking of which, Winn can you call Lena and ask if she can fund us a bit? I know Kara will kill me if she finds out we asked for money, but there's a lot of people here"
"Yea! I'll call and see" Winn pulled out his phone.
"Do you trust Lena?" Oliver asks.
"She has had the ability to get rid of my sisters numerous times, but she never has done anything to hurt them. Unless you count not calling Kara back after their first date, but that was because Lena was nearly kidnaped" Alex said, "Plus, Kara loves her"

Lena Luthor was worried, if you would ask her secretary, she would say that was an understatement. The woman couldn't concentrate, she was caffeine high, she hadn't slept in a week, her girlfriend was missing!
"Jess, can you order some Chinese food? From the place I usually get it?" Lena sat down at her desk.
"Of course, Miss Luthor, anything specific?" Jess asked.
"The usual" Lena sighed. The L-Corp satellites were scanning for Kryptonite radiation for the 800th time that day.
Lena was working hard to help find the woman she loved, god she was whipped.
She began to pray, she never use to pray before. She wasn't praying to earths god, but rather Rao, the god her girlfriend prayed to.
"Miss Luthor? There's a Winn Schott calling" Jess' voice came from Lena's phone.
"Patch him through" Lena stated, quickly picking up the phone and putting it to her ear. "Hello?"
"Lena, hey. It's Winn, we don't have any real news on Kara or Kae, but we did find help" Winn explained. "We went to ask the twins friends on earth 1 for help"
"That's great, did they come?" Lena asked, playing with the wire on the phone.
"Yea, there's about 14 of us here. Alex was wondering if maybe, you could fund us a little. The speedsters eat almost as much as Kara and Kae, and we need stuff to keep us going" Winn explained, you could hear the unsureness in his voice.
"Of course, I'll split the money between yours and Alex account" Lena quickly started to log into her bank account from her computer. "If there's anything else you need, just ask, I want to get the twins back as will"
"Of course. Thanks again Lena"
