    It was saturday.

My favorite day of the week. I always did stuff on saturday either with my fam or my friends. Today I was going to a " shindig " with Tabb, Steph , Maia, Zaira, Azariah, Eva and Yesenia.

Ive never been to one and I was actually excited. I got ready around 6:30. I showered and sprayed mysekf down with Victoria secret spray , Seductive Kiss I recall. And Through on my black and white aztec half shirt and my black hammertime pants with my glittery black toms. I did my wild hair in a neat donut bun and but dark red lipstick on my lips. I was looking good.

I got a text from Zaira. I was surprised especially since I thought she was mad at me.

" im sorry for being petty amss. "

" its cool zai , lol i cant wait to this shin whatever the fuck it is "
" im actually nervous all the cute boys from Harlem coming through. "

Everyone knew Harlem had the finest boys. I just had my eye on Justus.

Steph came in. She had on a marvel themed bodycon dress , pretty black sandals and her boxbraids in a pretty hairstyle .

" you look cute sistahh " steph said looking at me.

She giggled and spun in a circle.

Maia came in soon after with her new sewn in dripping to her waist. Her zipper up black bandeau and her cargo shorts with some jordans.

" awweee look at yall " she said smiling from ear to ear.

At 8 , we left the house and rode in Yesenia's whip. Eva got a ride from Jaleese soo it was only me, my sistahs,  , tabb and zaira. We heard the music as soon as we arrived on the block and once we saw the house it was madd people. Guess it was more of a party then a shindig. We hopped out and socialized. Well almost everyone except me. I was bored already.

I walked in the house and saw people dry humping everywhere. How can sitting on a boys lap and whining on his dick dancing? I shut my mouth and grabbed a thot juice from the cooler and made my way into the kitchen.

It was only a few boys there smoking but I didnt mind. I actually liked the smell of weed. I saw there drinking my thottie and vibing to the music until someone tapped me. I looked up and saw Kadeem from school.

" beautiful amron come upstairs with me lets talk "

I was a lil tipsy but i wasnt dumb. everyone who goes upstairs in a party is fucking. Speaking of that I needed to make sure maia didnt go upstairs, shes known for that.

" no nigga bye "

" fuck you bitch "

He grabbed my arm harder trying to force me to go upstairs. I knew he was gonna take advantage of me.

I just closed my eyes until I felt him yell and let me go. I opened my eyes and got up and saw Shai beating up Kadeem.

He eventually grabbed my hand pulling me up and toke me outside the party.

I looked like a mess and even worse I was embarrassed.

" since when did you go to parties, these shits too dangerous "

I looked down and my swollen bottom lip.

" this is my first and last one. -"

I shook my head. " im soo embarrassed shai, its not even funny. "

My eyes started to water but I aint cry. I promised myself I wouldnt.

He pulled me into a tight hug.

" dont even stress it amron, its only me . what matters is your in good hands now and kadeem wont be fucking with you no more. "

" Your right , thanks for saving me shai your cooler than I thought. "

He laughed. " no problemo. "

I went back inside the party with Shai to find steph and the girls.

Yesenia and Eva is in the V soo I just needed to look for steph, maia, azariah, tabb and zaira.

First place we looked was upstairs to find Maia. Maia was nowhere to be found but instead I found a drunk Zaira almost getting it in with Kareem again. I grabbed her and on our way back downstairs I spotted maia and Tabb dancing on each other .

" tabbb wheres steph and zari? "

" zari went to dions and steph is talking to shanice. "

I was heated. Shanice was stephs ex girlfriend that played her for a boy and broke her heart.

I found them arguing in the bathroom. Steph was cursing her out. Me and Shai literally had to drag her out the bathroom and stop her from beating her ass. Once they all got in the car I stopped and said goodbye to Shai.

" thanks for helping me Shai forreal. "

" Its aight amss. "

I smiled. " i gotta go "

He came closer to me and gave me a hug and he quickly kissed me passionately. I looked at him and quickly went in the car.

I cant believe I really kissed Shai. And it wasnt as bad either.

Once Yesenia turned the corner in the V , I saw Justus and Iddy making out . My heart dropped. 

This was officially one of the worst nights of my life.
