All I've done today is watch asmr videos and read Avengers fanfiction, I have so many recommendations because WOW are some of them so fan-flipping-tastic!! I will put my top five down (right now) so you can copy and paste later if you want.
5.) https://archiveofourown.org/works/14245083/chapters/32849628 (5 Times Peter Thought Tony Was Mad... and one time he actually was). So this one fuked me up in ways I can't even explain. The last chapter is shocking and its an AU where everything is the same but Aunt May dies and Tony has to take care of Peter. It's a lot but it's really good. Promise.
4.) https://archiveofourown.org/works/14521422/chapters/33550404 (the rattle of their hearts). So this is what could happen in infinity war pt 2 and this better be what happens or I unstan marvel just sayin. So since I don't know how to make a summary of this w/o spoiling everything, here is the authors summary: "Tony deals with the aftermath of Infinity War. He needs to get things back to normal. And Peter is an essential part of normal." Read this one it's v good.
3.) https://archiveofourown.org/works/4970101 (the sun will come out). This really just is fluff and has the avengers being so protective of their Spidey-son. Here are the authors words/summary: "The Avengers bombard Peter's place of employment, meet his awful boss, and ruin a man's life. Peter quietly suffers."
2.) https://archiveofourown.org/works/11672691/chapters/26269488 (5 Times Peter Fell, and Tony caught him. And the 1 Time Tony didn't.) Obviously this one had to be added and if you haven't read it before and you are into the MCU, who are you and what are you doing with your life. READ THIS. Here are the authors words about it: "Peter has a nasty habit of falling. And Tony, bless him, will catch him every. single. time. Until the day he can't." The last chapter always makes me cry.
1.pt1.) https://archiveofourown.org/works/12762141 (a Film by Peter Parker) *drum roll* so yes I do actually have two favorite numbers one(s?) and this is suuuupppppppppeeerrr floofy and I love it so much. It basically just go through some Peter's life documentary style. Less tony and peter in this one but it's still just as amazing as the other ones. Authors words: "Peter is given an assignment to make a documentary film about the people closest to him. In the process, he learns some things about priorities, the people he cares about, and life beyond Spider-Man. Set two years after Spider-Man: Homecoming." Just read it for crying out loud.
1.pt2.) https://archiveofourown.org/works/14488119/chapters/33468324 (Give him back to me, or so help me god). So you'll have to had read "5 Times Peter Fell, and Tony caught him. And the 1 Time Tony didn't." first or you won't understand half of what's going on but so I don't spoil anything from this fic and the first fic, here is the authors summary: "...aka that time Ross took Tony's Spidy-son, and Tony was 39237234% not okay with it."
You will notice that all of them are iron-dad/spider-son Things bc I as I have said before (in part 6 of this book), I love their relationship so much.
