You still lived in la, but you now lived with your best Friend. She owned a coffee shop Down the street from where you and here now live. You worked at the coffee shop part time, due to you also finishing up college.
Today was Saturday, So you told her you would work full Time.
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah, I have nothing to do today plus its only until 7pm"
"Okay, call if you need anything."
"Bye, I loveee youuu" you spoke in your baby voice
"Yeah yeah I lovw you too, good luck"
And as soon as she left the bell to the door rung, you got butterflies; it was your first customer, but as soon as you looked up it disappeared.
You Huffed.
"Hi." You scoffed
"Oh um hey Y/n"
"What can I get you today" you tried to hold back the tears that were forming.
"Um uh-h"
It was a short awkward silence until Jonah spoke, "We'll just all have coffee"
"Okay, we will get it shortly" you, trying not to make eye contact.
They payed and took a table.
After they had their coffee they left.
Your day went by slow but as long as you didn't have to see them again, you would be okay. You did pretty good for your first full time day.
As night fell and 7pm was around the corner you cleaned up.
You were gonna close tonight so as soon as it hit 7pm you closed up.
As you were walking to your car you felt a hand on your shoulder.
You turned around and saw someone you wish to never meet face to face again.
"Hey" he almost said in a whisper
"What do you want"
"I wanted to say sorry."
"Well I don't see you saying it" you snapped.
"Alright, I'm sorry I did what I did...I was stupid to do something so selfish to someone like you. I think I was scared, our relationship was growing and I didn't think you loved me anymore. Yes, I knew that is in excuse. When I saw you today I was rushed with all the memorys, I didn't come back for you to take me back right away or forgive me, but I miss you and I want us to have some kind of relationship; even if its not a love one."
"Okay, I'll think about it, call me though" you smiled
