"Ariana Linton. I know this must be a shock for you. I mean having the richest lady in the country call you, to invite you to a party held at the Mansion on the east side of the lake." She gushed. I rolled my eyes as she flattered herself. "So...let me get this right. You the richest lady in the country wants to invite me of all people...." she cut me off. "Yes darling, you are the special guest to come to the Mansion on the east side, of the lake." she explained.

"OK, I'll come. What should I wear?" I asked. She hung up. "Well, I guess I'm going shopping." I mumbled. I headed out to my car, put my seat-belt on and drove of to the mall.

 I will always remember
The day you kissed my lips
Light as a feather
And it went just like this
No, it's never been better
Than the summer of 2002 (ooh)

My favorite song was on the radio 2002. It reminds me about when I met Jack. The most popular Jock in school. I never wanted to be as popular as I am, but only wanted to make some friends and enjoy my last years of school and hope it doesn't feel like a prison.

Just as the song ended I arrived at the mall. I jump out of the car and practically ran towards the formal dress store. I saw that a bunch of other girls were shopping months early for spring formal, Which at that point I never knew that I wouldn't be going but be stuck in the mansion by the lake.

After hours of shopping at the mall I found a dress that I thought was suitable enough for a dinner party, or so I thought. The dress was a baby blue lace top, with a pearl necklace and white heels. I decided that this would be my dress for spring formal as well, but how wrong was I...thinking that I would be going. Nope. Not going, instead trapped inside the mansion.
