Weeks passed and I waited patiently for the day to come, for me to put on my dress and head to the mansion. I had tests, assignments and exams. I didn't wait for my results, I knew they were going to be bad, I didn't study for any of them. I was too focused on what I was going to say, I was a commoner to them, I didn't have a mansion, nor an expensive house. The only thing I had was I was the most popular girl in my school.
I still had no Idea why they wanted me to come to their dinner party, no clue. I just hoped that they liked me and would not accuse me for trespassing. Another week passed and I started to become nervous, I don't know why just I was. I needed to calm myself down.
Tomorrow was the dinner party, I had taken a day off from school and was getting ready, when my phone rang, "Hello?" I answered. "Hello, is this Ariana Linton." A woman asked. "Yes, it is. What do you want?" I firmly answered.
"I am the caterer, for the party your attending.I just wondered if you were a vegetarian, or vegan, or ant eat gluten, nuts or anything else." She explained. "I can eat everything except for rice, as it makes me faint." I responded.
"Very well, thank you for telling me, we will make sure you eat no rice at the dinner." she said, kindly after five minutes of silence. At that point it didn't know that they would hide rice in the meal, I didn't realize I gave them my weakness, my only flaw.
I knew that it was kind for the caterer to call me, but the five minutes of silence, I should have realized that she was talking to my kidnapper and my new family. I didn't realise what danger I was in, being tricked into staying here in this horrible place, being taken away from my loving family, to be taken away from my life.
No-one would understand, how I got here, how my life changed, how I became a slave, a worthless slave. No-one would understand. They would not understand what I am going through, what I needed to do in-order to escape.
