Passion Of Music ~ Austria x Reader ~ rella313 Part 2

             I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock. Wait a second.... since when did I have an alarm clock?! Oh right.... That one day I was late for piano lessons... I quickly got ready to leave and walked outside to Eliza's car. I got in and buckled up. "Lets go!" I said smiling. She nodded and pulled out of the drive way. I looked out my window and thought back to that day...

~Flashback~

             'I was in my dreamland... dreaming. I was walking around a familiar house.. but who's? I then heard a soft tune playing in the distance. I recognized the instrument right away. The piano. I walked along the long hallways, searching for the player. I finally stopped in front of a door. I slowly opened it, revealing my piano teacher, Mr. Edelstien. I walked forward and sat down next to him on the bench. I smiled as I watched his fingers gracefully touch the black and white keys. The song came to an end and Roderich looked at me. "Hallo mein schön."  He smiled warmly at me. I began to lean forward, him copying my actions. He stopped, our lips mere inches apart. "Wake up (name)." Huh? "What?" "Wake up!" Why is his voice different? I moved forward, trying to connect our lips.

             "AHHHHHH!!!! WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!?!?!" I bolted up right. That was one heck of a dream. "(NAME)!!!! GET UP AND STOP SCREAMING! YOU'RE GOING TO BE LATE FOR PIANO LESSONS!" I quickly jumped out of bed and ran in to the bathroom. After washing up, I quickly got dressed and ran outside. I saw Eliza waiting for me in the driveway. I quickly ran over and got in the car. "Sorry I'm late!" "It's OK. Ve'd better get going." Eliza backed out of the driveway and started heading towards Mr. Edelstien's home. "Vas it zhe dream again?" She asked me. "....Yeah...." "I zhink you should just tell him." "Eliza, what did you put in your orange juice this morning?" She giggled at my joke. "(Name), I am pretty sure he likes you. He may have a veird vay of showing it... but he truly cares about you." "I'll believe that when he decides to listen to rap music." She giggled. "And zhis is vhy ve are friends."

~End Of Flashback~

             That was a couple months ago. I had still been having the same dream over and over again. Each time, though, Roderich and I never kissed. Some how.... I had grown feelings for the persistent, annoying, stuck up boy. He can be a twit sometimes... but that's one of the reasons why I love him. Love... Never thought I'd say that. I started growing these feelings on the second day I saw him... He actually complimented me... sort of. I didn't know at the time... but that was the start of my love for him.

~Le Flashback~

            I was getting ready to leave for my piano lessons when I realized I was forgetting something. I quickly went up to my room and walked over to my bed side table. I opened the drawer and my eyes went wide. My IPod! It wasn't there! I started to turn my room upside down looking for it. "(NAME)! GET DOWN HERE! WE NEED TO GO!" "JUST A SECOND MOM!" I yelled down to her. "NO MORE SECONDS! WE NEED TO GO NOW!" I sighed. I'll just have to look for it when I get back. I went downstairs and walked outside with my mother.

~Flashback Time skip!~

             We arrived at Mr. Edelstien's home and I walked up to the door. I knocked and Eliza opened the door. "Velcome back (Name)! Please come inside!" She stepped aside and I walked in. I didn't say a word. I sat down on one of the many sofas, waiting for Mr. Edelstien to come. "You seem sad. Did Somezing happen?" I sighed again. "I couldn't find my IPod this morning... I take it with me everywhere I go..." "I'm sorry to hear zhat... Hopefully you'll find it soon." I smiled slightly at the Hungarian girl. "I only wish..." "Hallo (Name). Ready for your lessons?" "As ready as I'll ever be." I said as I rolled my eyes. "OK Miss Prissy-Pants. Begin vhere ve left off yesterday." I walked over to the piano and sat down on the bench. I began playing Moonlight Sonata again but I found myself making a lot of mistakes. "Vhat is going on?! You need to focus!" "Oh what ever Mr. Grumpystien." Roderich glared at me. "Vhat? Are you zhat upset about your stupid technological device?" "Wait... You have my IPod?!" "Yes. You left it here yesterday. You have some good music in zhere." I blushed. "T-Thanks." He held out my IPod for me and I snatched it from his hand. I shoved it into my pocket and looked back down at the piano keys. "I'm surprised a girl like you has classical music in zhere. I vouldn't zhink you'd be a classical fan." "Is that a compliment?" "Sure..."

~End Of Flashback!~

             Eliza pulled in to the driveway and parked the car. "Roderich should be vaiting for you in the music room like alvays." "Thanks Eliza." "No problem." I stepped out of the car and walked over to the door. Eliza unlocked it for me and I stepped inside. "Aren't you coming?" I asked. "No. I have a few zhings I need to get done. I'll see you soon!" I waved goodbye to her and she closed the door. 

             I walked over to the music room and opened the door. "Roderich?" I called out. "Come in (Name)." I stepped inside the room and walked over to the piano. I pulled out the bench and sat down. "Just start from vhere ve left off yesterday." I nodded and began playing Nocturne Op. 9 No. 2. As the piece came to an end, Roderich started clapping. "Vell done. You played zhat vell. You only made a few mistakes." He sat down next to me on the bench. My heart started to beat even faster at how close we were. He helped me with the notes I had wrong. "Now, play zhat part again." I played the designated notes but my fingers slipped, making me hit a wrong note. "Relax your hands." I nodded. How was I supposed to relax when I have an adorable Austrian sitting next to me?!

             I played the same part once again but my fingers slipped once again. Roderich shook his head and said, "You need to relax." He then brought his hands up and laid them on top of mine. I felt my face heat up. Oh great. I'm blushing. He guided my hands on the piano keys. "If you relax your hands, you von't be so tense und hit zhe vrong note." I nodded. We sat like this for a few more moments in silence. My face probably looked like a tomato. I slowly turned my head to look at Roderich and noticed a shade of pink dust his cheeks. "U-Um...E-Excuse me...." He removed his hands from mine. I pulled my hands back onto my lap. I played with my thumbs until I heard Roderich's stern voice call my name. I looked up at him and noticed his cheeks get a shade darker. He cupped one of my warm cheeks with his soft hand. "I-I... Um...Verdammt!" He moved forward and smashed his lips onto my own. I sat there shocked. He pulled away slowly and looked into my eyes. "Ich liebe dich." Knowing some German, I smiled and pecked his lips softly. "I love you too."

~Extended Ending!!!~

"I TOLD YOU HE LIKED YOU!" I snapped my head in the direction of the yelling and saw Eliza fan-girling by the door. "Hush up Eliza!" Roderich yelled. I kissed his cheek and said, "Don't worry about her. She'll calm down soon." He chuckled and kissed my forehead. "I know (Name), I know."
