I could hear the music blaring out. As I walked through the door, three girls were dancing. They were extremely good. I crossed my arms and searched for Malik. He was standing on the other side of room and was talking to a few guys.
I glanced back at the girls dancing to the song Attention by Charlie Puth. As the music came down from the climax, the two girls in the back stopped dancing but the girl in the front continued moving her hips. Everyone began clapping and I copied their actions.
I began walking forward more and the girl who was in the front walked to me. She had had blonde hair, and the greenest eyes. "Are you new here? Trying out maybe?"
I chuckled shaking my head. "No, I don't dance." She raised an eyebrow and looked me up and down. I instantly felt uncomfortable with her assessing me. I was wearing jeans with paint stains and a black tank top tucked into my pants. I glanced over her outfit and she was wearing tights and a cropped sweater.
"Why are you here then." My eyes widened slightly at what she asked but nonetheless I moved my head in the direction of Malik. "My boyfriend invited me." She narrowed her eyes and nodded. "Stay out of the way though, don't want to get hurt hun."
My eyebrows shot up as she walked away and I heard a small laugh besides me. There was another girl besides me with pastel pink hair and black eyes. "Hey, I'm Emma." I gave a small smile. "I'm Eleanor but you can call me Ele."
She nodded her head before grabbing my hand leading me to a small crowd that circled a few boys. I grinned when I saw Malik. He was wearing adidas pants and matching adidas hat. His eyes found my own and I stuck out my tongue. He shook his head in amusement.
I watched in amazement as the boys danced. Malik was good at a lot of things, but dancing took the cake. He was incredibly good and he did it with such a flow. His movements weren't forced or awkward.
I noticed how he mouthed the words to the song and my smile, if possible, grew ten times wider.
When the dance ended, I gave a little holler and clapped loudly. I watched as Malik walked over to me only to be stopped by blondie. Emma scoffed besides me.
I turned to Emma. "Who is she?" Emma rolled her eyes before answering. "That's the new choreographer Jade, you would think she wouldn't be doing every main role but she is."
Realization clicked and I nodded my head. She moved from Malik and I took that as my queue to compliment Malik. He walked closer to me and moved his hands out to pull me to him. I gave him a squeeze and pulled away. "What did you think?"
I gave a small smirk. "It was-" I said the next words slower than normal and watched his reaction. "Very hot."
His eyes widened and he shook his head slow and gave a slow clap. "Who knew my clumsy girlfriend could be so naughty."
I winced at naughty and reached up to flick his nose. "I'll see you at home. I was thinking we could order Chinese?"
He nodded his head in agreement and as I was about to leave, a guy walked up to us. He gave a lazy smirk and extended his hand. "I'm Adam and has anyone ever told you that you are extremely gorgeous."
I laughed and shook his hand. "I'm Ele, nice to meet you Adam." Before I could pull my hand back, he placed a slow kiss on my hand. I glanced to Malik and his jaw was clenched. When Adam was still kissing my hand, Malik growled out, "That's what were not gonna do Adam."
Adam chuckled and turned to another guy. "I told you even Mr. Laidback over here could get jealous." I smiled so wide my cheeks hurt. "Your funny.", I laughed out.
I patted Malik's cheek and gave him a small smile. "Bye."
He narrowed his eyes and pulled me for a kiss. A very long, sensual kiss. I felt my cheeks heat up when his hand went lower than my back. I pulled back and shook my head. I gave him a playful shove. His eyes held amusement as I turned away from him. Adam clapped and gave a whistle.
"I love you", he called out. I turned around and blew a kiss before leaving.
