Chapter 3

"TIN!!! WAKE UP!!!" Chloe screamed at my ears and I groaned.

"What the fuck chloe. Really? Early in the morning?" I said, annoyed. Burying myself on the sheets even more.

"But Tin, it's your birthday today! You have to enjoy this moment. Come on. Okay since it's your birthday, you have every rights to be mad all the time but come on. Eat your breakfast and we'll roam around the city and promise to get yourself a man." Rouise said.

"Wait today's my birthday?" I asked dumbfounded.

"Yes idiot." Chloe said and chuckled. All of a sudden, my phone rang. Rouise answered the phone call.

"Hello"

"Tin-ah"

"Oh sorry, it's Rouise her friend."

"Oh. Hey uh where is Tin?"

"She's here on bed. Still laying down. It's her birthday today but I guess she went all the way here in Korea just to sleep."

I glared and threw a pillow at her.

"It's her birthday today?"

"Yes. Would you like to come join us? Since we know a little about Korea, why don't a Korean oppa like you tour us? We can celebrate her birthday."

"Yeah I'd love to. I'm gonna pick you guys up in 2 hours. What hotel are you guys staying?"

"#%}^** Hotel in Seoul."

"Okay Noted. Bye."

"Bye" Rouise said and hanged up the call.

"What did he say?" Chloe asked as she does her make up.

"He's gonna pick us up in 2 hours." Rouise briefly answered.

"That's why you young lady should start fixing yourself. Get up." Chloe said and went to were I was laying down, dragging me out of the bed.

"Okay okay I will get up." I groaned and sighed to myself.

After fixing myself, I arranged my purse and bring my jacket with me. I went down the lobby and saw Rouise and Chloe talking to Junghyun.

"Aish these girls." I said to myself and chuckled a little.

"Hey Tin Happy Birthday. How old are you, by the way?" Junghyun asked.

"Do you really need to know my age? Is it really important? Does it matter?" I asked, laughing.

"Well, sometimes. Old people can be a little tricky." I chuckled at his answer.

"How so?"

"Their faces can be a little tricky. You know how the modern age works. The things people use to stay young looking."

"Geez, I'm not that old okay." I laughed.

"Let's go, time is ticking." Rouise said, eyeing me and Junghyun.

We immediately went to the car and went off to our first destination.

We reached our first destination, which is the Everland.

oh God.

I mentally screamed.

"I haven't been into an amusement park since I was 6 years old ,that was like 12 years ago!" I gushed over place and ran out of the car.

I felt a tug on my jacket and looked over to see who it was.

"What?" I asked Junghyun.

"What are you trying to do?" He asked. My brows furrowed, making me completely puzzled.

"What? I'm going to buy us tickets"I said, looking at him and the girls who were walking towards us just now.

"You can't buy the tickets"

"But why?!?" I whined.

"Because today's your birthday" He said.

"What? That's not how it works in our country tho." I laughed, and now, he's the one who's puzzled.

"Right. Complete opposite from many countries." Chloe said, butting in our conversation.

"How does it work then?" He asked.

"The birthday celebrant is actually the one who should treat other people. It should be the one to prepare parties and all that stuffs." I explained.

"Ahh. I get it. But you're not in your country. We'll pay for you. C'mon Tin. It's your 18th birthday today. It's your most important day today because you have reached your legal age." He told and smiled at me.

"Okay fine." I sighed.

After the commotion, they bought tickets for themselves and of couse, for me also.

I literally ran inside and took a lot of pictures. I need to save everything. This is a precious moment. A precious day. Tho, i still hope my family could be with me. I'll surely buy souvenirs for them.

"Hey come with me Tin, let's ride a roller coaster" He dragged me to the ride that he was saying.

"I don't know Junghyun. I'm really scared with this ride." I looked down on my feet, feeling embarrassed because I can't even ride this rolley thing.

"Come on, Tin. You're 18 now, try to get over with your fear. Why don't you try something new? It might look too risky but I promise to you it's gonna be fun!"

After convincing me to ride this scary rolley thing, I decided to just go and let my fears fear on me. Trying to show I'm not afraid. But really, my heart is hammering inside.

After sitting and buckling the belt, I feel like regretting my decision. It was starting to move upwards and I swear I almost vomit because it was getting really high. Higher than what I expected. I looked at Junghyun who was next to me, looking relaxed. How can he fucking stay relax. He glanced at me and smiled.

I looked in front and I regretted it. We were reaching the high points. My heart is so not ready for the sudden move.

"Here, Tin. Hold my hands." He offered his hand. Just when I took his hand, it suddenly went down. My heart was beating fast. I felt like anytime, I could pass out.

I screamed at the top of my lungs and not daring to open my eyes as I might feel really dizzy.

After the ride was over, I felt like my soul was nowhere to be found. Junghyun laughed at me. He helped me stand up on my feet, but I couldn't feel ny legs. Eventually, he carried me on his back. We went to a near Ice Cream stall and bought a vanilla ice cream for me and a choco chip for him.

Just when I realized,
