How We Met..

Part 5

the 2 girls sat on the carpet, paper and pencils in hand, thinking of ideas for the perfect song. Marina was eventually 1st to write. then Pearl. the 2 girls wrote like the wind. so fast that even time itself felt like it stopped all around them. "okay..so..what about this?" Marina brought time back to it's normality. she lifted a sheet of paper and softly began to sing the melody she had listed. it sounded pretty decent, but it needed more to it. "you like it? i call it Ebb and Flow!" she smiled. Pearl thought for a second. "it sounds nice..but...i feel like it's too salty...we need a bit of spice to it!" she smirked a bit.

"oh, what do you suggest?"

"do you listen to any rap music?"

"rap?"

"yea, there's not just one music genre, is there?"

"i don't think so..."

"well, i was thinking we'd make a song where we'd combine RAP, and POP into one! it'll be like Mayonnaise on a Cake!"

"um..(ew)..that..actually sounds pretty smart! but how're we gonna be able to manage that?"

"it's no biggie! we'll just need to find a good place to start!"

Pearl slapped a peice of paper down on the floor and began to write, with help from Marina of course! in the end, they were left staring at their first ever masterpiece. "it's PERFECT!" Pearl shouted at the top of her lungs, nearly shattering her windows. "now all it just needs is a name...maybe...yea i got nothin" Marina thought for a second....before finally..she got an idea. "i think i got a good title!" she smiled. "ooh! what is it?" Pearl's eyes sparkled. 

"i was kinda thinking something like...Fly Octo Fly..." Marina decided.

AACK! sorry it took so long!! i know how many people are inlove with this story and i hadda bring it back into the spotlight! i'm gonna continue it on when i'm able to! don't worry guys! aaanyway, it's Tea Time!
