Chapter 13 Apologies

Blake's POV

(Didn't see that coming now did ya? ; ) )

I start to pull up on Luna's driveway when my phones starts buzzing. I sigh and pull it out.

(LUNA)

The caller ID show's.  She's probably just wondering where I am.  I pick my phone and swipe left and put it towards my ear.
    "What up sweetheart I just pulled in sorry to keep you waiting, I'll be there in a second." I say.
    "Um..are you Blake?" I heard a kid voice peep out of Luna's phone. Hm? Where's Luna?
     "Um yes this is?" I say, wondering who this is.
     "Um good, my sister told me to call you before..." the kid went quiet.
     "Your sister?" I ask.
     "Luna. Your her friend or something right?" He said. Wait Luna has a brother? Why didn't she tell me?
     "Yeah I am. Can I speak to her? I'm supposed to drive her to school." I ask.
     "Um.. mister I need your help. My sister was trying to go down the stairs and I was helping her and she went down to fast and fell down the stairs... a and she told me to call you before she passed put. She not waking up and I'm scared." I hear the boy start to sniffle in the backround. My body tenses up all over.
   "I'm coming in." I say harshly before  hanging up. Not the way I was going for but I need to know if she's ok. I swing my car door open and rush to her door. I furiously knock on the door. I wait a few seconds before a 4'5 kid shows up in the doorway. He has shaggy brown hair with a darken tint to it.  His eyes are all puffy, probably from crying but trying to hide the fact he did. Poor kid.
     "Where is she?" I ask frantically.
     " She's over here, she's still not waking up, I'm really scared." The kid said. I sigh. And rubs the kids hair furiously.
     "Don't worry about her kid. She's a strong girl, let me tell you that! She just hit her head to hard. Come on, let's move her over to your couch. Ok?" I say calmly so I don't scare him too much, let's just hope she didn't hit the ground that hard. I hope she's ok. I walk in with the kid moving quickly  over to Luna's  lifeless looking  body.  Once I got a good look at her, my heart clenched and ached, and I didn't know really why, why do I care about her so much, I mean if I really am just using her to get to her mother why am I feeling this hurt. Do I actually have feeling for her? Of course I fuckin do....I mean I have to kill her mother. But I don't want to hurt Luna. She is a very special girl that Luna is. She is very special even if she doesn't know it yet. I wondering when Kate will tell her daughter what the reason she hates me and what she and I are. She knows were connected. I still pissed by true fact that Kate took her from me, but she knows sooner rather than later I'll get her back and she damn well knows it. That's why she so pissed off, she fuckin scared that any moment I swoop in and take her from her. Which I will, but it's nice to keep the act up for a least a little bit.
      I gently lay Luna down on the couch and tell her brother to get s blanket or something for her. I hear the boy scatter to find the blankets I'm presuming. I simply stare at the beautiful girl before me. I slowly look around to see if her brother's back, he not and breath out a long breath, and carefully inch my face closer to hers. Our faces are clearly now inches apart from one another. My heated breaths warmed her sickly pale face. My heart beated faster and faster as I inched toward her. I carefully placed my lips against hers. Her lips felt cold and slightly tastes like faded strawberries. But I still loved every second of it. After I pulled away, I breathed in her amazing aroma and lingered a second longer just to smell how amazing it was. No wonder we are mates. I mean even though I wish I could just sweep her and take her away from all of this. I couldn't now knowing the fact she has a little brother. Where didn't I know of this. How did Kate keep this from us? I will find out. Now I have more problems to face. If I took Luna away now, that would cause her pain and her brother pain I like the kid already, and I don't want that. I will just have to wait a little longer then. I carefully then put my hand on her head and softly stroked her hair. Her breathing slowly became vague and I could sense a movement in her body. I took my hand back and then waited for my sleeping beauty to arise...
