Diary
Maybe another entry in my diary
Thoughts on paper, so you can see
How words can affect
When to you, they are being directA page holds so much
It's nothing anyone can touch
As your pen scribbles your thoughts
With years passing by, beginning to rotEach letter glides along the page
Crumbling as you age
Cast it away, it's gone
Finding it years later, the same page it's onFrom ten years old to fifteen
As not many sights have seen
With my days dragging by
Pages torn and beginning to dieThe diary stays unopened
The cover broken
But it holds everything
Broken hearts to shattered dreams
