The Big Reveal

Clementine's POV
I finally reached the subway when the spores got me. Well, I can breath in it. Then, I hear voices. I know one of them is Ellie. That's when I follow the voices. Then, I saw Ellie looking at me. I silently waved at her. Her eyes brighten at me and she waved back. I snuck up behind them as they climb up the stairs. I silently follow them. Ellie waved her hand at me, telling me to wait.

"Clementine." Ellie said softly.

"What? You see her?" Tess asked.

"Well, she has something to tell you. Remember that clicker that saved you?" Ellie asked.

"Wait. You know who that was?" Tess asked.

"Yeah. She told me not to tell you until she's ready to reveal herself." Ellie continued.

"What are you getting at, kid?" Joel asked, clearly getting irritated.

"Clem, come up." Ellie motions me to come up.

Well, here goes nothing.

I walked up to the sunlight and made eye contact with them. However, guns pointing at me.

"Kid, what kind of sick joke are you playin'?" Joel growled as he aimed his gun at me.

"I'm not! The clicker who saved Tess is Clementine!" Ellie yelled.

I pull the fungus out of my eyes and changed back to my human form. That's when I passed out.

Ellie's POV
After Clementine change back and she passed out, Joel and Tess put down their guns and looked at Clementine.

"So....Clementine's the one that saved me, Ellie?" Tess asked, words couldn't describe how she's feeling.

"Yes." I said.

"How in hell can she change from a human to a clicker?" Joel asked.

"I don't even know. But when she turned, she didn't attack any of the Fireflies. Including Marlene. But when she changed back, they thought she was scratching her eyes, but she was pulling it off, revealing her human form again. It was a big reveal that someone would turn infected and turn back to normal. That's why Marlene is so desperate on getting Clementine smuggled out." I explained.

"But how did you know?" Tess asked.

Shit! I can't tell them about Riley. And how she saved us on the same day we were bitten. I have to come up with a lie.

"When I was bitten by a runner, a clicker appeared out of nowhere and killed the runner. I was about to kill it when it peel out its face, revealing a young girl. I was too stunned to understand what just happened. That's how I met Clementine." I told half of the truth.

That's when I notice Clementine waking up.

"What happened?" Clem asked softly.

What happens next stunned not only me but Joel....

"Thank you, Clementine." Tess smiled as she hugs Clementine tightly.

"Tess.." But she was ignoring him.

"Ellie told you." Clementine said.

"Yes, she did. And for return, I'll get you and Ellie to the Fireflies." No way!

That's when Joel pulls her into a corner. Clearly he's so piss off.

"What the fuck are you doing?" Joel whispered harshly.

"What do you mean? I'm finishing the job." Tess whispered back.

"This is over! Clearly, they can take care of themselves!"

"Really? Have you even thought about how are we getting back home? It would be suicide or worse! If the military or the infected get to us first! And I'm not about to abandon the girl who saved my life!" Tess said very harshly.

"And I'm grateful for Clementine saving you but have you really think about this lab of theirs? We don't even know that if it still exists or not!"

"Maybe we just ask your brother and see what he said." Tess comes up with an idea.

"You really want to go through with this? Even if Tommy doesn't know where this lab is, you would go with these two to find this lab?" Joel asked, completely worried.

"Yes." She walks away.

"Clem, how are you felling?" Tess asked.

"I'm getting better." Clementine said.

"Anyway, we decided to take you two to the Fireflies but you two must do as we say it. When we say it. Got it?" Joel said.

"Got it." Clem and I both said.

"Repeat it."

"What you and Tess say goes." We both said.

"Good. Now there's a town that is north from here with a fella who owe us some favors. Good chance he could get us a car." Joel was looking at the distance.

"His name is Bill and he's a bit strange at times. He needs time to warm up to you two." Tess added.

"Okay." We both said.

"Let's get a move on." Joel said.

I help Clementine up to her feet and we follow them. Let's see how this one goes.
