Now am I good enough?

Recognition namin ngayun and I proudly say na kasali ako sa honors with an average of 91.3 percent. Subrang proud saakin sina Mom and Dad mas lalo na si Bethany na highest honor  in the entire Junior High School Department with an average of 97.8 percent.

Syempre di ma wa-wala sa Louise na Highest honor din sa buong Senior High School Department with an average of 98.9 percent.

After matapos ang recognition I Immediately headed to her thankfully sya lang ang mag isa.

“Hi” I greeted her smiling “I Know It’s been more than a month but hey, I done it” I said to her and continue “Now, am I good enough?” I asked her hoping for her to say yes.

‘You did good but not enough’ she coldly said to me. I gave her a genuine smile “Then I will strive harder to be more than enough” I said to her and waved at her and walked away.

‘Hey, congrats girlfriend. You truly made it at naging one of the honors ka pa.’ sabi ni Bethany hugging me and smiling ear to ear halatang proud na proud saakin.

“Yup, I made it thanks to you and for all your help” I thanked her and returned her hug “But I need to do and strive more” I said to her breaking the hug and smiled at her ‘Then I will help you with that’ she said grinning.

She maybe know kung ano ang meaning non and I’m very glad with her being supportive and all.

Mom and Dad held a surprise party para saamin ni Bethany they endlessly thanked her dahil sa pag tulong saakin and also congratulating her.

Me and Bethany studied more and strive harder para mas tumaas ang grades ko at hindi ko naman siya ni let down I did my very best I strive to be the best in class and with all the activities and all.

‘Hey, that’s all for today. I’m tired’ sabi ni Bethany habang nag yawn.

“Ok, let’s go to sleep may practice pa kasi ako para sa school competition next week” I said to her.

It’s been 3 weeks after nang recognition day and one week para sa biggest talent show for the year ng school naming and kasali ako sa mag co-compete because my talent are undeniably amazing daw sabi ng nag tra-train saakin. So yeah I joined baka kasi manalo oh di may dag-dag na points para saakin para kay Louise.

I did the practice with all my might sabi kasi nila ibuhus mo ang lahat ng galling sa practice para sa final daw na performance mo easy na so yeah I did everything I can Every knowledge at alam ko ay binuhus ko sa kada araw ng practice and each day my trainer is always impress and amaze dahil daw sa araw-araw na mas pag galing ko.

‘Tomorrow is the day Riley, you need to be prepare get some rest and wipe away those competitors tomorrow’ sabi ni trainer Kath saakin.

“Thanks ma’am” I smiled at her and headed home.

‘Good luck for tomorrow Riley. Now get some sleep’ text saakin ni Bethany.

“Yes po ma’am and thank you.” I texted back at her while smiling.
