the Spanish princess (William Murdoch love story)

ch.5

April 14th 1921

emilia woke up and saw will was not with her. she got up and changed into a pink dress and pink flats and a silver crown.

she walked around the deck looking for will. she saw will and walked up to him. he smiled and said "hello love"

she  smiled back and said "hello will"

"how did you you sleep love?" will asked 

"I slept good mi Amor (my love)" she replied

"I wont be able to stay with you tonight. I have rounds" he said not making eye contact with her.

"it's alright will" emilia said

will smiled lightly and looked down. his eyes traveled from his feet to emilia belly. there was a small but noticable bump.

"well bugger me.. look at that.. the little lad is already growing in your stomach" will said as he put his hands on emilia belly

emilia chuckled and said "what makes you think it will be a boy?"

will shrugged and said "I dont know but I can guarantee you it's a boy"

before emilia can say anything back lightoller came over and said "Will I need the bino-" but he stopped mid sentence when he saw emilia little bump

"will you got the princess preggers" lightoller said looked at will with a smirk on his face

will pushed lightoller lightly and said "oh shut your trap.. I'm gonna be a father.. I'm so happy and grateful" will smiled at emilia and kissed her forehead.

Emilia was laying in bed reading a book while Liz was asleep it was about 11 at night but for some reason she just couldn't fall asleep.

Just as she turned the page in her book she felt a shudder that made her gasp and jump. She put her book down and went to the window and saw a giant iceberg go by the ship. Her eyes widen as she saw the iceberg.

"How many souls aboard Mr murdoch" the captians asked.

"2,200 souls aboard sir" will repiled

"This ship is going to sink. We need to start getting people on lifeboats.. the princess first" captian said and all the officers nodded their heads and exited the room

"Mr. Murdoch" captain said

Will turned around and faced captian

"Get emilia and your unborn baby off this ship" the captain said

Will gave the captian a surprised look because he never told the captian he got the princess of Spain pregnant.

Before will could ask how the captian knew the captian said "gossip goes around like this" and snapped his fingers.

"Congratulations murdoch.. now go get the princess" captian said as he saluted murdoch. Will saluted back and ran out of the office and ran towards Emilia's room.

He knocked on it and emilia answered

"Will dear I felt a shudder. Is everything ok" emilia asked

Will shook his head and said "an iceberg struck the ship. The ship is going to sink. I need you and Liz to gather some of your stuff. I need to get you on the first lifeboat"

Emilia gasped and nodded her head and ran to go get Liz from her room so they could get on the lifeboat.
