Chapter 2

They were running and running until they stoped for rest. They have been running for hours yet they were still crying. Namaki finally thought about something. She had a blank mind ever since their uncle was killed in front of them. 'The boys must be tired, we should find a place to rest.'

Namaki looked to Itsuki and he looked tired out of his mind. "We need to stop and rest. The boys need to lay down and you are about to fall asleep even while carrying your little brother." Namaki said. Itsuki just nodded his head. They came across a cave and decided to rest there. They went inside and were greeted by angry wolves. Namaki just froze while Itsuki got in front of her and told her not to let her guard down. She reached for her kunai but stopped when one of the wolves spoke. "Who are you and why are you here?" One of the wolf's asked angrily. We were just frozen. "W-what?" Namaki asked astonished that the wolf could talk despite the fact that he was asking them a question. "Don't make me repeat myself." The wolf said starting to get even more mad. "I-i'm Itsuki Tsuko a-and, t-this is Katsurama Tsuko." Itsuki stated his voice being a little shaky. "A-and this-" Namaki cut him off, "I'm Namaki Tsuko and this is Hibari Tsuko." Namaki said with tears strolling down her cheeks. "Oh dear, what's wrong? Why aren't you guys with your parents or at home?" The female wolf asked. "W-we h-have no where t-to g-go!" Namaki said while collapsing to the ground. "N-Namaki!" Itsuki ran to her side.

Namaki's p.o.v.

I couldn't help but fall to the ground. My legs gave up and I let go, I held Hibari on my back not wanting him to fall but it felt like everything was ending. "N-Namaki!" I heard Itsuki yell running towards me. I also heard the female wolf coming closer, but I didn't care if she finished me off, I just wasn't going to let her get to Hibari. I closed my eyes waiting for the pain to come but instead I felt a hug and a lick on the forehead. I just froze, realizing that she was trying to help me, so I laid Hibari down and covered him with his jacket. I looked up to them and Itsuki laid Katsu down next to Hibari also giving him his jacket. The angry wolf calmed down and walked towards the us. I was a little nervous and Itsuki gently pushed me behind him. "I'm Spike and this is Mary. These two little ones are Ash and Liam. He pointed to a little black wolf which was Ash and a little golden blond wolf which was Liam. He said we could stay here for the night, but tomorrow we had to explain what happened. Itsuki and I laid down around Hibari and Katsu. "Goodnight." Itsuki said to me. "Goodnight big brother." I replied.
