I slowly began to wake up and stretch. I felt weight on my stomach and looked down to see a sleeping Boruto. I blushed at how adorable he looked. 'He's so adorab- NO NO NO NO NO!!!! STOP thinking like that!!!' I yelled at myself and saw that he had just woken up. "N-Namaki, A-Are you o-okay? " Boruto asked while rubbing his eyes. "Yes, I'm fine. But... why did you sleep here? You could have gone home! I wouldn't have minded!" I said while feeling guilty. "I-I u-um was... w-worried."he said with a faint blush across his cheeks. "U-um... anyways, t-thanks for staying, I do appreciate it. I don't like being alone." I said getting quieter as I spoke. "Hey Namaki, the doctor said you can go home today after some check-ups! We should get lunch later... does Ichiraku Ramen sound good?" He askes. "Yeah, sounds... OH CRAP I TOTALLY FORGOT!!! Boruro, I-I-I gotta go! See you at Ichiraku!" I yelled as I grabbed my stuff and left not even remembering about the check ups.
Time skip to Ichiraku
"Thank you so much Ichi!" I exclaimed. "Hahaha your welcome child! Now get to work and make the best ramen anyone has tasted!" He encouraged me. "I will!" I yelled fist bumping the air.
'I served about 10 people and we already have over 120$ in tips!' I thought feeling proud. I looked at the clock and noticed Boruto would be here any minute! 'Whatever I'll just serve him and chat... WAIT WAS HE ASKING ME OUT! NO NO NO that can't be! We are just friends and that's it!!!' I yelled at myself in my head. That's when I saw Boruto walk in. 'Oh no' I thought as he saw me in my Ichiraku
uniform.
