"Mayaaaaa. Maayyyaaaaa. Maaaaaayyyyaaa. Waaakkkeeyy wakkkeeyy"
"Go away" I mumble
The next thing I hear is a horn being blown into my ear.
"LIAM! I swear to god, if you do that one more time, your head is gonna be in your wall in your room coz I ain't gonna ruin MY room"
"Geez, I just wanted to tell you I made pancakes and they're downstairs but I guess if you don't want some, I can give them too..."
"WAIT! I'm sorry, I'll be right down"
I quickly grab my black satin robe and tie it and run down the stairs.
You wouldn't guess who's at the table? Let me give you a clue?
He had brunette hair and light brown eyes. He's a bout yay heigh and used to follow me. You guessed it. It's Reed. Alex Reed.I grab the red velvet and white choc chip pancakes and the chocolate syrup and a few other accessories for my pancakes and the tea and sit down at the kitchen table.
"She doesn't talk to anyone until she has some tea. She's quite moody when she wakes up and she needs her tea to sooth her. Also, her voice is really deep when she wakes up. Oh yeah, and she doesn't talk to anyone unless you annoy her or she's dissing you" Liam says like I'm on a discovery channel
After taking a long sip of tea and breathing out a sigh of relief I say, "Sup?" to Alex and Liam.
"Maya, are you forgetting anything?" Liam asks
I try and remember if I left the plug socket on last night. The last time I did that... well, let's just say that my room had to be re- done.
Nope. I definitely switched off the plug.Hmmm.. what am I forgetting? Especially, how does Liam know I'm forgetting something. Usually he's the forgetful one.
Making a confused face, Liam rolls his eyes and sighs before saying, "Maya, it's your birthday!! My baby sister is finally 17!"
"I'm like a year younger than you"
"No you're a year and 5 months younger"
"Same difference"
"Happy birthday!" Alex exclaims.
"Why is everyone more excited about my birthday than I am?"
"Coz now you can drive?" Liam guesses like he's on a game channel and the price could be an endless amount of money
Just at that moment, Arron, Caleb, Chris, Ashley and Grace walk in. They each say their happy birthdays and make their way to the kitchen. Arron and Caleb start eating MY pancakes and Chris looks in the cupboards to find any protein shake (he's on a strict bulk diet) and Ashley and Grace sip on their lattes from Starbucks. The usual. Just how I like it.
"Stop!!" I say, swatting Arron and Calebs hands away from my perfect, mouthwatering, delectable pancakes. "This is my breakfast and breakfast is the most important meal if the day'
"Well, yall didn't make us some, which means we have to turn to the life of crime. It's called bringing justice to injustice and taking something you are denied of" Caleb says, smartly.
"Yeah ok. Here. Take the plate"
"What really?"
