It was an awkward first day, but it was a journey diya looked forward to.
2 weeks after
Diya's life was normal after that day while being friends with Akari even though they didn't know each other's secrets.
4th period
Diya:(exhausted)
Akari:"tryna ignore Yh"
Diya:"do u know how boring that lesson was I almost feel asleep"
Akari:"don't worry we have next class together I'll cheer u up"(says this while pulling diya's cheeks)
Diya:"aghhhh"(makes a grumpy face)
On their way to their next lesson they see a crowd they join the crowd to see what's happening, they see a small group of boys beating up a boy,without thinking about situation diya runs to help him
Diya:"what are u doing"(shout at him)
A boy:"lil girl move"
Diya:(now realised what she has done without think)
Akari:(takes diya's hand and pulls her away from the boys) "sorry sorry"
Diya:"no they're going to kill him"
Diya hears footsteps approach her.
Rk:"and how does this trouble u"
Diya:"what?"
Rk:"can u not understand english"
Diya:"r u the leader"
Rk:(is confused but answers with)"yes"
Diya:"so ur the guy who's making this giant murder this poor fella"
(Pointing first at Rk then the faint bully boy and then the victim"
Rk:(with anger in his eyes)"do u know him? So u know what he did? And who are u to point at me? Do u know who I am?"
The crowd watching them...
This scares diya a bit cos she didn't expect him to respond like this and even though she had no right to protect the guy who was getting beaten up it was clear that in her heart she was right thing but a question ringed in her mind while looking straight at "the leader" who is he???
