I wake up to my Sister jumping on my bed, "WAKE UP, WAKE UP WAKE UP!!!" "OMFG WHAT DO YOU WANT!?!?" I spring up from my bed. "There's no food in the fridge." I get up and check the fridge to only see condiments, water, and avocados. I check the cabinet and see bread, " Toast the bread and use the avocados to make guac and put it on the toast to make avocado toast." "Mkay,"my Sister replies. I start to get ready and put on formal clothes to look for a job. i haven't been able to find a job since my father died and the insurance money in running out, I haven't even payed the hospital bill for my mom. " I'll be right back, ok?" "Mhm" my Sister replies dryly. I roll my eyes . "By the way if someone knocks at the door or rings the bell don't answer, I haven't payed some loans." "Mhm" Roni replies again. "Also-" "OMG LEAVE ALREADY" "Gosh fine, I was just gonna tell you to stay safe, but NOOOO!"
I go out and walk to the bus stop because I had to sell my car. I get off the bus and go to where they have a lot of food restaurants and see and new restaurant named 'Sushi Palace' looking for new workers. I walk in and ask the surprisingly super handsome cashier about the sign and if I can see the manager, he smirks at me which catches me off guard then he goes to get the manager. The manager walks out and says " Are you a hard worker?" I reply with, "Uhm, yeah." He hands me the paper work to work there and says "Finish this and then you're hired" "A-Already..?" I ask super confused " Yep, we're super desperate for workers and there hasn't been much customers so.. yeah." "Uhm, ok then." " I fill out the application and hand it to the manager. "When can you work?" he asks " I can start tomorrow" I reply. "Ok come in before 11 a.m. , when we open." "Yes, sir." I reply eagerly.
I walk back to the bus stop and surprisingly. I see the weird cashier there too, I pretend not to notice him and sit down to wait for the bus to come. As I am looking down I see a pair of legs (A/N THICC THIGHS) I look up to see the cashier pouting at me, which catches me off guard again. He starts talking to me " Aw, my feeling are hurt! My co-worker won't even talk to me" I look at him and stare because how weirded out I am. "It's OK to stare honey, I know I'm gorgeous. By the way my name is Jungkook ." "I wasn't staring at you because you're gorgeous, you just weird me out, also my name is Y/N" " I'll call you kitten instead" He says nonchalantly "Please don't call me that.." I say with no more energy for him. " What'd you say, kitten" I give up talking to him and just wait for the bus. "Are you ignoring me, kitten?" "Yes." "Aww, I'm sorry please don't ignore me!" *silence*
The bus finally pulls up and I get on, luckily that Jungkook dude is going on a different bus, or else I swear I would've hurt this dude.
Finally I get home and Roni is still watching TV. She hears the door open and I instantly scream "I GOT THE JOB!!" She looks at me for while then gives me a thumbs up. "So~ since I got the job, I'm ordering pizza!" She jumps up and exclaims " WOW REALLY I'M SO PROUD OF YOU FOR GETTING THE JOB!!" I laugh at her change in emotion.
The Next Day
After I got ready, I went straight to work. I got on the bus and then at the 3rd stop Jungkook gets on, I try to hid my face to prevent him from seeing me and sitting next to me but it was too late. "Hey, kitten!" he says happily as he sits next to me. "Hey..." " Why do you seem so down?" He says actually sounding like he cares. "Because you're here" He laughs cutely, wait a minute.. cutely , did that really come out of my thoughts? After he finishes laughing, I just look out the window waiting. At the next stop an old lady come on but there are no seat so I offer mine, Jungkook also stands up with me for some reason.
Soon it becomes super crowded and I am being squeezed between 2 people, I feel someone touch my butt but I just thought it was an accident so I just stand there. I feel someone touch my butt again, and I look back at the man behind me; he had a knife. Me being scared for my LIFE, I just let him continue. Jungkook seems to notice and grabs the man's knife, then kicks him in the balls. "You shouldn't touch women like that, scum like you deserve to be in jail." Everyone stares at the man and he gets off at the next stop. Jungkook stands behind me to prevent it from happening again. "Thank you.." I say quietly, "Huh? What'd you say it's too loud I can't hear you." "Thank you!" I yell way too loud and everyone stares in my direction again. Jungkook laughs again then whispers in my ear " No problem, kitten" I cringe super hard at the fact he just whispered in my ear and the fact that he called me kitten again after I clearly told him not to call me that but I have a feeling he won't stop so I'll have to get used to it. "You know you do have a banging booty, Y/N." Jungkook says suggestively then I give him a death glare "Too soon to make a joke?" "Way too soon."
Sooner or later we got to Sushi Palace and we started "working" there weren't any customers so we just sat around and played games, like Truth or Dare or Would You Rather. I got to learn a lot about Jungkook like how he has a dimple on him left butt cheek, he was going to show me but I insisted he didn't. Just then people barge into the restaurant.
A/N Wow it's easier to get to 1000 words than I thought, I guess when you're ingrossdd in the story you just keep typing, but anyways .ca. you guys guess what's gonna happen next!?!? I can't, I barely know what's gonna happen next but whateves!
