"She says she wants to be alone but you need to see her right now, She's not doing very good." Steph said.
When Joe walked in I instantly thought it was Steph. He sat down on the bed where I was laying down facing the wall so I couldn't see who it was.
"Steph I just want to be alone." I said.
Putting his hand on my side he said "Baby it's me, it's okay. I'm here now."
I instantly flipped over and hugged him as hard as I could and started crying saying, "I'm scared, help me please."
Grabbing the back of my head and kissing my forehead he said, " I know you are, i'm going to help you. You're going to be okay."
Looking up at him I said"Thank you, I love you so much"
After he calmed me down I told him everything that had happened and I had even showed him my scars, cuts, and bruises.
As I did I could see him clenching his jaw so, I looked into his eyes and reassured him that I was ok. After we were done talking, he convinced me to a dinner out were he would be there to help me if Josh happened to show up.
That was the best dinner I've had in months. After dinner we came back to my room and fell asleep in each others arms. It was amazing waking up in his arms again after almost 2 years had passed by.
